All and All the sixers might end up with the 9th or 10th slotted pick entering the lottery. 11th 12th 13th and 14th slotted  picks barley move in the lottery so my question to you guys , if the sixers get   the 9th or 10 pick who do they select and if the sixers move to 6 or 7 and retain the pick who do you select because we know their going wiggins or parker with the first pick. Also consider that the sixers plan to have a top pick next draft as well which is projected to be a big mans draft where a big can slide to them of high value if a selecting teams is already set in the front.

jerry west said this isn’t the strongest draft he saw I can agree somewhat I feel as tho its very top  heavy VERY if embid, randle, smart, dante exum are on the board at 6 or 7 you take them no matter what  even if next years draft is a big one  its ok to stock pile bigs  the pacers have BYNUM AND ROY AT THE CENTER or  if you have  mcw already till take a smart or dante(risk)  the suns are fielding TWO PGS AND WINNING with  a non decorated supporting cast.

if the pick is 9 or 10 elfrid payton is on the board still and im just going to throw this out there I think the sg postion is dying the spurs are plugging their starting 2 guard postion with different players every year the suns are fielding at pg at the two korver was the the starting sg for the hawks who would have made the playoffs if not for injury. meanwhile the pelicans, nets, knicks, bucks are all paying $$$$$ for sg and aren’t doing much. sg maybe the most weakest position advance stat wise also

doug,tj,arron its a lot of ppl on the board I have no idea who you take if they don’t move up I like Zach to but he has to show more.

j sully could have arguably went 1 and was  #1 on a lot of  ppl mock drafts at one point  stayed a year and had  injury concerns slipped thing about joel and dante is they are soley upside picks even with wiggins you know you are getting a player who will produce next level. can joel do what hes doing in college at the next level? hes very raw yes he started playing late but it has been a few players who started late WHO HAVE BUST OUT and then we have the duncans. brook lopez went from top 3 to 10th in the draft Drummond from top 3 to 8th .noel from 1 to 6th  so we will see

Im in love with myles turner anyway so I really want the sixers to wait on a big but if one slips to us we take him and maybe trade back or keep him  but I made this thread because everybody was penciling the sixers in at the 11th pick when they shouldn’t have been.

One thing you have to understand is the N.O. Pick can not move up to 6th or 7th via the lottery. The lottery draws picks 1-3 than picks 4-14 are slotted worst record to best. So, if the Sixers get the N.O. pick it will be in the 10-12 range.

That said, I really hope the Sixers get Wiggins or Parker with their first pick.

If the other pick is #10 I wouldn’t mind if they traded with Phoenix for picks 14 & 17 or Chicago for 16 & 18. Obviously the Sixers would probably have to include something else to make either deal.

I always thought it was a ripple effect but I see now but burg

if you was to stay at 10 who do you draft ?

lets say you was to get the 14 and 17 from phx or the 16 and 18 from chi

    who do you select?

Assuming they get Wiggins/Parker I would take Saric @ 10

If they traded 10 for 14 & 17 or 16 & 18 (I assume the sixers would have to put a 2nd rounder in the deal) I would take
exactly the players this site has in those spots :

    14 – Saric
    17 – Harrell

    16 – Warren
    18 – Gordon

I would then take at least 1 SG in round 2.
