qDizzle32ParticipantAfter the Buckeyes have already lost Aaron Craft and Lenzelle Smith to graduation after being upsetted in the 1st round, they have now lost one of their key reserves off of the bench. Amedeo Della Valle has made the decision to return home to Italy and to give up on his basketball career in America. Probably wouldn’t have started next year as D’Angelo Russell is expected to start at the shooting guard this fall and this probably was the best decision for him after his chances of making the NBA aren’t as likely as they were coming out of Findlay Prep. That also makes him automaticaly eligibile for this upcoming draft. Wanna wish him the best.

WITNESS2014ParticipantNot a big concern for Ohio State as they have good wings coming in. Russell is going to be a big time player next season and i didnt want anybody taking up his minutes at the sg spot.

I don’t think he’s ever been a legit Nba prospect, not even during his days in High School.

McDunkinFrom what I saw at Findley he was more of a poor mans Matt Bolden but wasn’t the straight up sharpshooter I think he was expected to be. I honestly was surprised that he picked Ohio State after taking so long to commit to a school. He was better off going to a mid major.
Who knows though Martynas Pocius was a "who cares if he leaves?" type of player and as soon as he stepped foot overseas was a better looking pro then some of his teammates he couldn’t get minutes over.
I doubt he will have the same immediate impact though since he lacks the athleticism and aggressiveness Pocius showed.
