qDizzle32ParticipantDoes anybody believe that there will be a chance he could get drafted? The fact that he went pro overseas makes him automatically eligible for this upcoming draft. He led the Texas Longhorns in scoring last year and his performance in last summer’s U20 Tournament got him a contract offer from Olympiacos which he did accept. From what I saw from him last year, I saw potential in his game with the possibility of being drafted if he had stayed all 4 years. Has good length being a 6’9 Small Forward. Probably would be a decent stash pick to keep overseas if a team is wanting to use a pick like that to save salary cap space.

CameronCrazy11ParticipantNot sure what stats you were looking at, but he was the 4th leading scorer on a 16-18 Texas team last year, not the leading scorer. Unless he has significantly improved, that doesn’t exactly scream NBA prospect.

juves4783Participanti think he may have meant top returning scorer after mcclellan (transfer to miami), lewis (transfer to fresno) and kobongo (went to draft) left. either way, i don’t know the specifics about his deal but i believe it was for 5 years for $2M. so guessing a buyout wouldn’t be too bad.from what i saw, he was a decent prospect but he wasn’t going to wow anybody with giannis type potential. think he could make the league as a role player. i would say he has a shot to be drafted since he can stay overseas for a while. maybe the spurs will take a shot at him since they love euros and may have got a decent look at him while they were scouting kabongo.
