    I think that LeBron is better at making those around him better and he’s a better overall leader. I think that Melo would’ve excelled at just playing alongside LeBron and focus at what he’s does better than almost anyone else in the NBA and that’s scoring. Too bad he signed that 3 year extension maybe he would’ve been a member of the Heat.

    Anyway if you’ve ever seen them play together in the Olympics and the FIBA Championship you can see that their games actually mesh perfectly together.

    Fun fact, most people perceive Melo as a much better scorer than Lebron but Lebron is 20 spots ahead of Melo on the all time scoring list at this time.

     That probably because lebron has played a significant amount more of play off games than melo.

    i think Carmelo and lebron would be unstoppable for a long time if they paired up right now. I’d like a heat lineup that would look like this.

    chalmers

    wade/a young talented prospect like a James young

    lebron

    carmelo

    greg oden- if he some how could play more than 15 minutes 

    Other than that all you would need is a solid veteran bench which your always goin to have if lebron is on you’r team

      Nope that’s just regular season stats, Lebron has 22,319 career points to Melo’s 19,102. Lebron also has a 27.5 career PPG average and a 49.5 FG% while Melo’s is 25.2 PPG and 45.5 FG%. That really puts in perspective how great Lebron is. Carmelo is seen as an elite scorer while Lebron is a far better defender, a far better ball-handler, a far better passer, a better rebounder, and a far more efficient scorer than he is.
