SamCarlsonParticipantSimple comment here. Look how much better the Knicks are playing since bargnani went down with injury. Why did the Knicks ever think that dude would work with Melo. He is the worst kind of player to put with Melo and chandler on the front line. Plays no defense and just floats around the perimeter. And Woodson continued to play him 30 mins a game and start him. I just don’t get it

TallmanNYCParticipantDo you want to know why the Knicks thought he would work? Because the Knicks’ management is terrible. Bargs is terrible. Actually, he has been having, for him, a good season. If he comes back and actually plays badly (for him) you are going to see bloodshed. This guy is capable of coming back and playing center and giving you 40% shooting and 5 rebounds a night. No team can survive that.

TRC1991ParticipantTerrible doesn’t accurately describe Bargnani. He’s disastrously bad. His defense is worse than his rebounding – that says a lot

Snubs15ParticipantMasai Ujiri deserves to win GM of the year. I could not believe he traded bargnani and got back two first round picks. The Knicks got trade raped… Also, trading rudy gay was not an easy feat either. He’s freed up cap space, and made the raptors a far better team. He has my vote for gm of the year.

HitsterParticipantBargnani just clogged up the front court, since he was out, Melo has been on fire and just as importantly Tyson Chandler looks to be getting back to his 2010-13 after health and injury issues have caused him to miss over half the season.
As regards Bargnani not playing defence, I bet it drives the likes of MWP and K-Mart mad.
