Lotto StudParticipantWhich prospect(s) not ranked in the Top 10 now can we see creep up to become a lock within the next 3 months due to tournament play?

contestwinnerParticipantI haven’t really seen much of Aaron Gordon, and he isn’t ranked very high on this site. If he plays well in the tournament he could make himself a top 10 player. From what I hear, he is a great team player and contributes in multiple areas.
Not sure if people have him in the top 10 already.

Sewok15ParticipantIf we are going by this site most recent update which was 10+ days ago there are 3 potential players that could work there way into the top 10 that currently are not. You already mentioned Gordon and this site is not as high on him as most. I have seen him inside multiple top 10s and I have him ranked 11th.
I see James Young breaking out a bit more as the season continues. It is tough to shine with the Harrison’s playing buddy ball but Kentucky is getting better and could be poised for a deep tourney run. Young is long and skilled. His %’s have been low but climbing and you can see his form is there.
Noah Vonleh is another guy who I could see move into the top 10. He is 6-10 with pretty big potential inside and even a little outisde. He seems tenacious on boards and over time could develop into a good NBA player. I have him ranked at 10th just ahead of Gordon because of the size. It really seems like that is the only knock against Gordon because he is not a SF….he is a undersized 4.

RUDEBOY_Participant1.Noah Vonleh…He could go as high as 8th…
2.TJ Warren( North Carolina St. might not make the tourney, but i could see Warren improving his stock after workouts)
3.Andreian Payne..His size, ability to make outside shots, rebound, versatility, block shots and his size, might be attractive to some teams in the late lottery…
4.Kyle Anderson..Those nightly near triple double are impressive..He has great court vision, great rebounder with an improved shooter..No player on the country has improved their game as much as him..But i think he should go in the 18 to 33 range…
5.Aaron Gordon..

marquee_markParticipantLove Payne as a player, solid in many aspects and can contribute off the bench for years to come. Probably not a star but solid rotation guy.

SpartanGloryParticipantI think Adrienne Payne and Keith Appling both could move up the draft boards quite a bit if they get to the final 4. Aaron Gordon keeps falling for some reason, the guys got all the athletisism you could want and seems coachable. If he doesn’t move up someones getting a steal later in the first round.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantDakari Johnson could help himself by having a great tourney..But with Willie Cauley Stein in front of him,Cal havent given him the minutes this season…But he has been effective in the short time when he does play..Kind of reminds me of LaSalle Thompson…..

Kleb2424ParticipantThis site has CJ going second rd. no way he falls out of the first rd. I believe he will be a lottery pick when it’s all said and done. He will be a very solid contributor for a long time as long as he stays healthy.

machu46ParticipantAs a Cuse fan that has watched/attended every game of CJ’s career, I think the 2nd round is the right place for him. I just don’t see a role for him in the NBA. Too small to play the 4, can’t really handle the ball or shoot well enough to play the 3, and I’m not sure he has the lateral quickness to defend 3’s either. He doesn’t really pass at all, so he’s pretty much just a scorer, and I don’t think he’s a good enough scorer to make an impact in the NBA.

Chilbert arenasParticipantThe top 10 according to this site is going to be hard to crack, Hood and Lavine are only two I see slipping out of it and maybe Vonleh stays another year. That being said I think Jame Young has best chance. He has prototypical size and athleticism with range.
