     The biggest tanker this year is no doubt the 2000 NBA Draft.  Putting together a pathetic lineup to ensure a top 3 pick.  The GM should be fired:

    PG: Jamal Crawford

    SG: Mike Miller

    SF: Hedu Turkoglu

    PF: Kenyon Martin

    C: Joel Pyrzbilla

    Bench:

    G: Keyon Dooling

    G: Quentin Richardson

    G: Desmond Mason

    G: Michael Redd

    F: Brian Cardinal

    This team would have to get a top 3 pick for the next 6 year to be competitive.

     That team would be awful now, as was the 2000 draft. However, if you look at them based solely on their prime years, a lineup of Dooling, Redd, Turkoglu, Martin, Pyrzbilla, with Crawford, Miller and Mason coming off the bench would actually be a solid team.
