This is a great game so far.  The officiating has been pretty cheap though, they’ve called ticky tack fouls on LeBron and Bosh.  PG just got away with a flop there.  I guess you could say the Heat are getting a taste of their own medicine.

Hibberts 3rd foul was a soft one as well. I wouldn’t call it a great game as both teams have been sloppy and haven’t shot all that well but it should go down to the wire. I am just happy LeBron played because I can’t watch the Heat if he isn’t in the lineup.

careful dude, saying paul george flopping on this website is like accusing kobe of crying whenever he feels there’s too much contact.

Miami definitely stole that game out of Indiana’s hands.  LeBron James completely shut down Paul George in the final minutes of the game.  He denied him on each possession.

d-wade looked great. I’m curious if paul george will get fined for that ridiculous flop he did.

This is the Dwyane Wade we usually see in the playoffs.  Good to see him turn it up during a good regular season game

Actually, the past 2 years D Wade has been pretty subpar in the playoffs. It is usually early in the regular season that he is at his best because he isn’t banged up yet. Miami should continue to give him ample rest so this guy can be around for the playoffs. He was good in spots last year and had the one huge game vs San Antonio, but outside of that he was pretty non-existent.

It is pretty crazy that this was the first game this season within 3 points that the Pacers have played in. It goes to show how dominant they have been to this point. It will be very interesting to see which of these teams end up getting homecourt. I would still lean towards the Pacers because they know they need it to have a shot at a title. LeBron playing tonight shows that the Heat think it is pretty important as well.

George definitely got fouled on that last play. I don’t care what anyone says, if Lebron puts both hands in a players back as he’s shooting a 3 to tie the game then it’s a foul.

I think Vogel cost them the game by leaving Hibbert in with 4. Mahinmi was playing fine, I don’t know why you’d leave him in with a 9 point lead.

Pacers were REALLY sloppy with the ball tonight. That last play where PG dropped the Hill pass was brutal, because contrary to what Doug Collins thought, Lebron was out of position when the pass came, it was just an off-target pass.

Interesting match-up, I’m really curious to see what this Pacers team can do with a healthy Granger in the playoffs.

    – Roy Hibbert only playing 23 minutes hurt. This was the game IMO. Gave up 50 paint points to the Heat and the Heat actually won the rebounding battle by one. That can’t happen.

    – Turnovers. The Pacers have a problem turning it over… And I mean like silly unforced ones. This needs to be cleaned up. Their offensive execution can get so much better.

    – George Hill. He’s a dude I support, but I just don’t think he’s the answer at point guard. The Pacers need an upgrade at that position IMO.

Other than that, I thought the Pacers outplayed Miami most of this game without playing their best basketball and their big man not being on the floor. I won’t even get into the officiating.
