2quick4uParticipant1- wiggins is gonna be the nº1 player chosen in the draft,no doubt. even when he struggles you can see his enormous potencial. i hope yesterday’s game is an inflection point for him. like dick vitale said:"this kid needs to stop being so unselfish,he’s too talented for that"..he needs to take charge of his talent and his teammates assume their roles and kansas might win the title. i don’t think his game resembles to lebron’s neither to pippen, i think he has more of paul george.
2- parker is an nba franchise player already. he’s got a vast offense package. his offensive game is a mix between carmelo and pierce but he has larry bird‘s attitud,he’s humble and a winner. the only concern is his lateral quickness,a little slow now but i’m sure he’ll find how to fix that.
3- julius randle is a beast, and he’ll be a beast in the nba. if players like david lee or zach randolph are able to sign those kind of numbers, randle is more than capable too. he has so many ways to score and with all those spaces in an nba court,he’ll score without problem.his shot is gonna come, you can see he has a nice form. he is like larry johnson 2.0,and his motor and attitud reminds me of charles barkley.
4- joel embid is a rare combination of physical attributes and talent plus he learns fast. he could end up being nº2 in the draft. his teammates need to be able to find him near the basket bcause is ridiculous and frustrating to see him seal his man and get big and open in the key and none of the guards being able to pass him the ball. hakeem olajuwon sounds too much but he is the closest version.
5. marcus smart is a leader and a winner. he is not afraid of taking responsability. he ain’t james harden..his game is totally diferent. he is a big and athletic PG with nice shot and passing instincts ala deron williams or baron davis with some derrick rose on him but with chauncey billups‘s killer instinct.
6- dante exum has huge potential and might end up being better than some above him, specially if he gains consistency with his shot. sometimes reminds me of penny hardaway and sometimes brandoy roy,may be he is a mix of both…
7- if zach lavine enters this year’s draft he’ll be a top 10 for sure, but i think he should stay 1 more year to develope his shot creation, ball handling and PG skills..that 1 year can make the diference between being a top 10 this year or the nº1 next year..
8- rodney hood, noah vonleh and gary harris are solid lottery picks.
9- james young like lavine, if he enters this year he looks like a lottery pick, may be even a top 10,but i think he should stay 1 more year too and improve his shot creation and dribbling. that 1 year can be the diference between end up being like c.j.miles or like james harden.
10- w.cauley-stein will be a lottery pick bcause of the lack of athletic 7 footers in the league with that mobility. but right now he looks more like birdman than tyson chandler.. tarczewski is another 7 footer that will be lottery whenever he enters but he really should stay 1 more year,at least.
11- andrew harrison is not lottery,at least right now or at least in this draft..neither his brother..
12- and wayne selden… neither… did somebody mention mitch richmond¿?
13- aaron gordon is playing like a late lottery and has potential but derrick william‘s shadow is is very big..and the lack of a true position could cost him a lot.
14- glenn robinson III is droping the ladder…and doesn’t look like a lottery pick despite his potential. he is not iguodala,he doesn’t have his freakish athleticism, neither his defense or his passing skills…
15- dario saric is scratching the lottery border line .. he is very talented but he ain’t tony kukoc, neither bodiroga…if he doesn’t find consistency in his shot he may struggle to find a position in the nba. if he finds his shot he could be something like a less athletic chandler parsons but with better post game.
16- doug mcdermott is also in the border line. he will contribute right away in the nba and he is a lot more than just kyle korver…he has post game and is a good rebounder.
17- semaj christon ain’t john wall but he could be something between darren collison and jrue holiday wich isn’t bad at all…
18- adreian payne is very solid and is climbing the ladder. if he gains some muscle he could be poor man’s kenyon martin.
19- elfrid payton should be a 1st round player,if not,he will be a steal. he is a junior but born in’94 like most of the freshmen..altough it may sound too much he has some similarities to his namesake gary…
20- kyle anderson and isaiah austin are…boom or bust. they are very unique players but, will somebody take the risk to take them in the 1st round? their talent sure is 1st round.
21- perry ellis is talented but small and not strong/athletic enough to play right now in the nba. if he enters this year he’ll probably be late 1st round but he should stay 1 more year,at least..
22- jordan clarkson and markel brown are interesting prospects and look like legit 1st rounders especially jordan.
23- mitch mcgary doesn’t.
24- mario hezonja will be 1st round whenever he enters but should wait for next year. this draft is to loaded and he is young.
25- chris walker too.
26- shabazz napier and jahii carson are in the 1st round borderline. they have the same issue, height, and the same virtue, talent. shabazz could be something like poor man’s trey burke and jahii carson poor man’s ty lawson.
27- vasilje micic and rasmus larsen are 2 other internacional players that will be 1st round whenever they enter.
28- alessandro gentile is an italian SG that will be 2nd round, and he is gonna be a steal…
29- bogdan bogdanovic too. but he is serbian.
30- james mcadoo…yes i know. he is disappointing year after year, game after game..but i still have faith on his potential. he will be picked by san antonio and will have a good career 🙂

Ty BenjaminsParticipantI really like Eldrid Payton. I think if he goes in the 20’s he’ll be the steal of the draft. Jabari looks like he’ll be the best

jwall1ParticipantSolid points, but Wiggins is in no way a lock for the number one pick…

ItsRainingNegsParticipantHonestly who knows how the draft is going to go after the top 6
1. Andrew Wiggins- Wings are the rule of the game since the NBA adjusted their priorities. His athleticism along with his raw abilities make him #1.
2. Joel Embiid- If it’s the 90’s he’s first. But it’s not like that these days. Embiid will be a 20 ppg scorer in the NBA and since Shaq, only Dwight, and Brook have put that up, and he’s much more overall of a value than Lopez.
3. Jabari Parker- Wing scorers these days are valuable and he’s top notch.
4. Dante Exum- a 6’6 hybrid point/shooting guard? Will be a taller Russell Westbrook, if he’s lucky of course.
5. Julius Randle- A 20-10 guy that is undersized yet has NBA + strength. A championship player but needs help.
6. Marcus Smart- He’s a guy everyone wants in their franchise, but has his limitations. Is still a starting point guard, #2 once.1 on a championship traM.

MopgrassParticipantThe top 6-8 are extremely talented. After that I think last year’s draft was just as talented. But not the top. This year’s top is unreal.

dcaseParticipantNice list….but where is Jerami Grant? He could be a top 15 pick, but should definitely be included in the top 30.

2quick4uParticipantyes, jeremi grant is definitely a 1st round lock whenever he enters the draft but i didn’t mention bcause when i thought about him i pictured him in the 2015 draft.
this list is not my final draft pool for june, it’s my opinion at this point of the season on prospects that were likely to enter this draft in pre-season, so that means this list will change for sure(except for one player in my opinion) as the season advances.
but any way you’re right 🙂

Moon RiverParticipantI do as well dcase because I think he Ennis and Cooney would be fun to watch next year. But tough to blame Grant if he departs. His draft buzz is riding high right now.

bloodBaron Davis comparision for Smart, didn’t hear that before,I think it’s very close. Also maybe its me,but imo every lottery team could get good player well every except Cavs, they will probably draft Dakari Johnson or someone like that lmao
