TheArtistPaysthePriceParticipantIs there something I am not doing right like using a bad browser or a text format? It has been happening yesterday and today? Any suggestions?

TyroberParticipantEmail [email protected] and tell them your username and what is going on. It’s happened to be before and they fixed it pretty quickly.

CynthiaParticipantI’ve ran into it a few times. Usually a spam filter won’t kick in unless for 3 reasons:
1. Either client side(you) hit the submit button too many times, or the server side for whatever reason registered your submission multiple times. Which could lead to the server thinking you’ve posted too many posts within an alotted time amount, whether you did or not.
2. You used a word or phrase that may have been filtered by the site admin, also called a trigger. It’s to help fight spam bots, but usually isn’t an issue.
3. You’re posting from a different IP Address than what you normally post from, the server side recognizes this and wants to make sure you are you and not someone who took over your account. This is usually the culprit and is why I get it and have to enter a Captcha to prove I’m human and not a spam bot.
The reason why #3 is the most common is because people post from multiple places or devices. I myself will post from home on my desktop, work on my laptop, and occasionally on my phone. This is why I receive the spam filter.
