In the midst of a tough game, the Nets were all out of timeouts. Jason Kidd tries a different approach to get some time to talk to his team in the middle of the game.

J-Kidd is holding a cup of soda and tells Tyshawn Taylor, "hit me", then proceeds to spill the cup on the court.

funny, butdidn’t trick anybody. The laker announcers called it immediately and numerous players on the court were laughing about it while they were cleaning up the spill. He was actually trying to freeze Jodie meeks between ft’s and Jodie was yelling that aint gonna work and steve blake and KG had their arms around each other getting a laugh out of it while Mike DAntonni was at the other end screaming at the refs about it.

  Ah, I’ve always hated when players do that.
  Going into another team’s huddle is just a bush league and childish move.
  It’s something the annoying kid that can’t play basketball would do.

    Yeah, because deliberately spilling your drink on the floor isn’t a bush league move?
    Sucked in to Kidd, it’s not often I enjoy seeing the Lakers win, and after that, I’m glad they did.

LMAO..Kidd is old school,i use to hear alot of stories about the schemes and tricks Red Auerbach use to pull back in the day…….Anyone remember when Kidd was with the Mavs,he was bringing the ball up the court and he saw Knicks coach Woodson was on the floor and he ran into him and the refs gave Woodson a tech?
