    The Bucks play the Cavs tonight in Milwaukee and I heard on the radio this morning that Michael Redd intends to address the crowd and officially retire from the NBA. He seems like a really good guy who by all accounts was a far better player in the NBA than most expected.

    As a Bucks fan- thank you Michael Redd. The franchise was lucky to have you.

    -Selected 43rd overall in the 2000 NBA Draft

    -Most 3 pointers in a quarter in NBA history. 8 three pointers against the Rockets on 2/20/2002

    -4th all time with the Bucks in points

    -5th all time with the Bucks in scoring average

    -Bucks franchise record 57 points in a game versus Utah on 11/11/2006

    I really thought his last season with the Suns was going to launch him into another one year contract with a contender, sad to see him go, makes me feel old.

    I agree 100%. I thought he could be a really good fit as a spot up shooter for a championship contender, but the Phoenix stint did not play out. I was hoping the Bulls would take a chance with him.

    Tore his ACL and MCL in January 2009 and was never the same.

    id guessed kareem the big o cummings before id ever thought of redd having the single game points record for the bucks

    He was a lefty slasher. Guy turned himself into a lights out shooter. Hard work and dedication. I was high on Redd. Never thought he would become the shooter he became. Practice kids.
