Another plus about the season starting is that .net will be much improved with more threads and more basketball discussion, thanks to the forum.

They definitely came out to prove a point and didn’t want another 42 point loss against the Bulls on ring night. When LeBron made his Decision, I thought it would be terrible for the league because you could just hand them the trophy for the next 3 years. It could be more, old D Wade or not………… Damn!

B-ball fanParticipantThe Bulls may be down big, but Jimmy Butler’s defense on LeBron during the time he has been extraordinary. LeBron has had no room to breathe and in this third quarter, he has had trouble even getting open off the ball. Butler’s ability to defend LeBron really bodes well for the Bulls chances to match up in the postseason.
That said, the Heat’s pick-and-roll defense has pretty much shut down Derrick Rose in the half court. The Bulls need to find a way to the ball moving more against the Heat and will need to find a way to turn some of that ball movement into drives to the rim, not just long jumpers.
