goodsontheParticipantYea so I’m a student at GSU and finally got to watch Harrow in an exhibition game against horrible Shorter College… Ok so first off, his stats were: 6-15fg, 0-2 3pt, 17pts, 6rebs, 5ast, 1to….
Let me first state that the competition was absolutely trash…. BUT, dont be mislead by the shooting numbers because he was playing at half speed, hardly trying (take that how you want). But every bucket he scored was absolutely effortless and his crossover is fun to watch. He used the same move a lot though.
A few personal gripes I have about him was his effort (exhibition I guess) and his shooting. He can definitely stand to be a better shooter….
And finally, if this post contains horrible grammar it’s due to me being on mobile and absolutely refusing to proofread.

princejamesParticipantI used to think that Ryan Harrow had a lot of potential, but now it’s obvious that he is not an NBA player
why?
1. He has a slight and weak frame
2. He struggles playing against high levels of physical contact
3. Physical & tough defenders can frustrate him and make him very turnover prone
4. He lacks the needed mental and physical toughness that will help consistently play at a very high levelHe’s talented and skilled, but I think the 4 weaknesses that I listed will prevent Ryan from developing into a legit NBA prospect.

JoeWolf1Watching him play in a major conference with other pro caliber players, last year, it was clear to me that Harrow is not a pro player. He’s just another college caliber player. He’s good enough to be a solid NCAA player, but he doesn’t seperate himself enough to even be put in the conversation of a draft pick, and he’ll turn 23 this spring…his upside is really not much more than a small guard who can average 9-12 ppg for a major conference school, although he’ll probably drop 15 or 16 a game for a Sun Belt team.

DunksNJordans23ParticipantRyan Harrow is a future And1 player, his moves are nice but he lacks a lot of true PG skills.

ChrispyParticipantbut his story also shows the dangers of overrating players based on internet fame in the era of mixtapes.

GoJOSH HUESTISParticipantHe has enough talent to be a pretty good college player but he is so weak physically and mentally. Will end up having a pretty good euro career

SiggyParticipantBeing weak physically and mentally doesn’t translate anywhere really. If he does make it as a pro I doubt it will be anywhere near high level basketball, whether in the states or Europe. He could maybe make it in Asia or bottom of the barrel domestic leagues in Europe.
