I thought this was too perfect of a fit to ever happen. Collison has proven he’s best served as a backup and it’s a homecoming for DC. Any details on the money?

Smart for Darren Collison and the Clippers. The roster is coming together, but the Clips really need to add some size since all their bench big men are free agents. They may have to trade for a big guy depending on their cap situation and big men’s willingness to sign their for the minimum.

Great value and great fit. Clips are loading up! Now they need to address back up 4-5. Bring back Hollins? Turiaf? Try to bring back Brand fDor a chance to chase a ring? Blair? Ivan Johnson? Jason Collins?

I really like the signing, but I’m disappointed with the fact we didn’t get a solid backup big man. There’s a report the Clips might just re-sign Hollins and Turiaf to back up the bigs again.
