They are currently listed at 15/1 to be NBA Champs next year….behind Miami at 13/5, OKC 7/1, Chicago and SA at 10/1 and LAC at 14/1.

Sewok15ParticipantI was calling them Lakers East when they made this move but they do have a better bench than LA….that will help them in the regular season especially but I doubt they will make much noise in the playoffs. The East is getting better with Indiana, Chicago and Miami ahead of them for sure…they may now be the best team in NY but still not a serious title threat in my mind.

How could this team have good odds to do anything? KG and Pierce are done. They might contribute from time to time but they will get worn down again and will struggle to make any major impact. The Nets suck. They are the 5th team in the East, and they are the definition of a team with “no heart”.
And Sewok- they showed the odds on Sportscenter.
