aivsdirkParticipantThis idea should intrigue even you hard pressed people.
Nuggets and Pelicans.
Nuggets trade wilson chandler, darrell arthur, include mozgov with the(sign&trade) so they dont lose him for nothing
-for-
Pelicans eric gordon and ryan anderson.
Nuggets get anderson to help stretch the floor adding more perimeter shooting to their get out and run system, as we saw throughout the regular season and more illuminated vs gs in the playoffs they do need some 3 point shooting. eric gordon replaces iggy with better offensive production.
Pelicans get their small forward in chandler who needs to be starting somewhere anyway, a solid young center, and more quality depth in the frontcourt with arthur to help jason smith off the bench. Salaries for both scenarios equal about the same as well.0 - Posted on: Fri, 07/05/2013 - 5:22am #813650

ProudGrandpaParticipantWowwwww, horrible deal for the Pelicans. Not much more to be said.

SliderParticipantThink before you post crappy trades! This one sucks gor the Pelicans! If I trade away Anderson, I would need either a good defensive/rebounding C. Someone like Asik from the Rockets.

aivsdirkParticipantchandler has shown with minutes he is just as or more impactful than anderson. can take over games in the fourth remember him with the knicks. Mozgov is a good rebounder. why would you want and overpaid guy to come to your roster like asiek? he is good and i would want him but not with his current contract? Both chandler and mozgov a players that are overlooked because they have been traded because of carmelo. Its funny now but wait maybe next year of within the next2 years. Mozgov will be getting paid bout 5 mil or higher to do what he does which is be a starting center. the knicks knew what he could be thats why they waited until the last minute to fold and put him in the trade with melo. and chandler will be getting paid around 9mil or more to be a key peice somewhere. You guys just dont see it yet.

MrManalo43Participanthow about Eric Gordon for Al Horford? good player for a good player.
both players could use the change in scenery.
Horford would help the Pelicans’ logjam at SG. slide Horford in at C and Davis could slip back into his more comfy position at PF. the lineup would then be 1. Holiday 2. Evans 3. Aminu 4. Davis 5. Horford and 6th Rivers.
Gordon would give the hawks a more explosive marquee player than Horford. plus Gordon would then be able to have the ball in his hands as much as he wants seeing as the only other person that would be able to handle the ball is Lou Williams.
unfortunately it’s probs not gonna happen seeing as the Hawks want as much talent as possible without losing any.
