Hopefully he knows how to screw Javale Mcgee’s head on straight. I love and hate this kid at the same time, such a headache but easily the best shot blocker in the game.

This is good news hes a excellent basketball mind and U think one of the best teachers in the game and good on player development. I know this bodes well for Quincy Miller Jordan Hamilton and Julyan Stone young players who I think can be successfull NBA players in the long run with good development which is one of Shaw’s specialties as a coach

Well deserved role for Brian Shaw finally getting a head coaching gig, I agree this should make retaining Iggy easier. Whether he runs the triangle offence remains to be seen but I could imagine him getting on the phone to Phil Jackson for advice.

He has some big shoes to fill. With Iggy possibly leaving and Galo recovering from the torn ACL, it ain’t gonna be easy for Mr. Shaw. Don’t forget about McGee!
