MJBrownParticipantTim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, Charles Barkley, Karl Malone, Moses Malone, Dirk Nowitzki.
Pause
Chris Bosh
PauseDoes he fit? Without a pause, absolutely not.
I had the joy of watching Bosh play in Toronto for 7 solid years. He posted big numbers, and has been worthy of every all star appearance that he has made.Hall of Famer?
Absolutely not. The hall is reserved for legends. For the best players of their era. Bosh does not fall into either of those categories. Chris Bosh does not have the same talent as either Wade or James. Are those fair comparisons. Absolutely. He should have to be that good to be considered a hall of famer. He’s just not. I understand that when a team like Miami has as much talent as they do, everyone needs to sacrifice a bit. But Bosh has turned into a role player that has a great game here and there. That’s not a hall of famer in my mindI don’t care what his final career numbers look like or how many rings he finishes. The hall of fame should be reserved for the best of the best. Bosh doesn’t fit into that category.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantI think he’s a future Hall of Famer..He’s not a 1st Ballot player,thats for sure..But i think he’s done enuff to get in……
*8 Time All-Star
*2007 All NBA 2nd Team…
*2 Time Champion and might add more..
*Olympic Gold Medal in 2008….Both he and Wade had to sacrifice their games and egos in to order to win championships..In the end voters will look at that and his overall body of work….

TMoney617ParticipantYou have a point. His resume looks pretty damn good, especially with those two championships and that gold medal.

druneave3ParticipantDespite the win they still have to try and move him this off season. $20 mil for next three years and that production!

BenchWarmerParticipantChris Bosh isnt a hall of famer and thats fairly obvious. I thought this was going to be a post commending him for his D on on Duncanwhich is completely overlooked. No he didnt shut him down but man he did a hell of a job making him work

PyronParticipantI don’t get the point of this thread lol. Why make this just to point out things he isn’t?
I thought this was going to be about the finals lol.All I have to say about that is that he had a huge impact on game 6 that led them to forcing/winning game 7.
-His huge rebound then assist to Ray Allen for the big 3 pointer
-His block on Green at the end of the game (a risk that might have led to a foul but paid off)0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/21/2013 - 5:07am #802513

Ghost01ParticipantBosh isn’t a HOF. So he has a lot of non-starter all star appearances? He has been a glorified ROLE PLAYER for these two rings, and making 1 2nd team all nba isn’t that impressive.
He is a one trick pony, an inconsistent defender, and is going to be severely overpaid the next 3 years…

RUDEBOY_ParticipantThe Hall of Fame has plenty of players there that weren’t among the best of all time..But got in becuz they were so productive and so consistent for yrs….
And Bosh’s resume is still growing and might end up better then guys like Alex English,Adrian Dantley and Jamaal Wilkes who are already there….

ASAP HenryParticipantIMO he will make the HOF, he plays a similar to role to that of James Worthy. Def the 3rd option on a championship team, but oh what a wonderful 3rd option he is. Bosh is very unappreciated IMO. Very good on defense, and fits in perfectly on the offensive side. One more ring and he is a 1st ballot HOF

JoeWolf1I’m with Rudeboy on this one, he’s also at 14,000 points and 6,300 boards at age 28. He could very well be in the 20,000/10,000 club if he plays til age 35.
