This guy is the most overrated guy in this draft…dude is a complete joke!!!
I played against him in HS & I torched him(and I didn’t even go D-I)!!!
I thought he was just having an off day so I started going 2 most of his games, and he really isn’t that good…he just played with a team full of nobody’s, so he did everything, and it made him look great(hence him winning HS Player of the Year).
His school(Campbell Hall) has never had a player get a basketball scholarship other than him, its the school where all the Disney Channel actors that live in LA go (Hannah Montana, Jamie Lynn Spears, etc.) No joke…sorry 2 put u on blast like that Jrue, but its true!!!

I’m not saying he can’t ball, cuz he can…but there’s no way he’s good enough 2 be a 1st round NBA pick!!!

Holiday is soooo overrated. Its ridiculous, especially when some say he is better than Brandon Jennings. He isnt very good to me, and I have never understood his hype. EVER! He is a very average player to me. He should go back to college, I honestly dont think he should be drafted at all

I cannot make my mind up on this kid but he must have some talent because you don’t just win HS POY for just having a bad team around you.

Listen…he will be a pretty good player. I think he is more of a PG then SG. He has a defensive ability like no other in this draft.

Let him play PG, hustle on D and worry about offense later and he could be pretty good.

I’ve argued with some people who did’nt think much of Holliday before, but you guys take the cake. Not 1st round…, not drafted at all…., you personally torched him…., only won player of the year because his team sucked….? When a 6-4 pg pulls down a rebound goes length the court and finishes with a dunk in traffic, it makes you think the guy might be pretty good. I say, considering his potential in comparison with other players in this draft, that he will go top 10.

THEIR WAS SOME MUCH HIPE FOR HIM WHEN HE WAS GOING TO UCLA THEN HE BLEW IT I DON’T KNOW WHY HE IS COMING OUT OF COLEGEHE SHOULD STAY ANOTHER YEAR OR TWO. I SEE IT NOW HE WILL BE THE NEXT SEBESTIAN TELFAIR (DID NOT GO TO COLLEGE BUT STILL) OR A JJ REDICK.

Yes he’s a strong defender, but its true…he went from averaging 28, 8, & 7 in HS to 8, 4, & 4 in College, he didn’t have 1 game where he impressed me because he was overmatched, his game is so overrated, he can’t shoot, his athleticism is just average, he doesn’t have the burst to get by anyone off the dribble, and the thought of him being an NBA starting PG is outrageous, he couldn’t even play it in college what makes you think he’ll do it in the pro’s??

I played with or against every top guards out of California over the past 5 years(Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Brandon Jennings, Demar Derozan, Jordan Hamilton, and more) they’re all legit, Jrue not so much…whatever team that takes him in the 1st round will be highly dissappointed!!!

Holiday plays nothing like Telfair or Redick…….

People just love to hate on Holiday. He will be a solid pro, no doubt.

Why wouldn’t they want him with Rose in their division? I’m not sure Sac-town takes him at #4, like some mocks have him going.

d like no other..ummm look at the numbers of the guys he checked..he has ok defense not all world defense..hes been switched off a couple times from checking guys because he was having trouble..one example of this was the washington state game
