    When I look at the board with prospects, the player that screams potential lottery pick to me is Jamaal Franklin. It’s just something in my gut that’s telling me if he kills it at the combine, which I believe he will we’ll more than likely see him sneak in the tail end of the lottery. I know it may be a little weird that I am saying this, because right now he’s projected as a late first-early second rounder.

    If you can name 1 player who is not projected as a lottery pick this year, that may climb up and get a promise who would it be?

    Steven Adams. He is way too physically gifted and has too much potential not to be selected in the lottery of a really weak draft.

    Archie Goodwin for sure. Plenty of question marks, but just too much talent to pass up. In a draft that is light on star quality, some team will take him early in the first round.

    I think Rudy Gobert could go in the lottery. Dude is 7’1 or 7’2 with a 7’9 wingspan. Depending on how he does at the combine he can easily go top 10.

    Franklin was my pick too.

    But to be different, and I’ll assume Big Dog 3 doesnt count either since NBAdraft.net just moved him into the lotto, Mitch McGary.

    He’ll get some workout opportunities against some of the bigs rated higher than him.

    but I would love tp see Ledo jusy get a promise for the first round. I fear if he ends up in the second h e may not last too long at all. I like the franklin pick though guys.

    Most of the promises come after the combine and workouts..

    Clippers scouts have went to see Mike Muscala play 3 times..I can see them taking a chance on him with their 1st round pick….

    We went to the Memphis game the other night and meet 1 of the assistant coaches in the lobby of the hotel and i asked him about about McGary? He said Mitch reminded him so much of a young Marc Gasol….
