valentinethe hawks need to address the one, 3, 5.
i think in the first round they target a point guard lets say a ty lawson who would fit well here. his quickness and floor leadership is just what they need.
then in the second round they should look a big man and small forward to help out as well.0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/10/2009 - 6:21pm #160591

HaleParticipantOkay Dwight12 no more threads for the rest of the day and you are all good. If you post anymore tonight you will be pushing it.
I agree though that Lawson would be good if they don’t resign Bibby.

knicksfreakParticipantDwight12, Why do they need to address the 3 or 5? Horford plays well at the 5 and they need him on the floor. Johnson rotates to the 3 and they have Williams.

gatorheelsParticipantThis draft is weak as far as Centers are concerned. They aren’t going to find anyone better than Horford. Yeah the smart thing would be draft a PG at 19 then a SF in the 2nd round. Unless Clark or James Johnson fall to #19 then I would take one of them over Lawson, Mills, Teague etc… You can always pick up a descent PG in the 2nd round like Jerrels, Beaubois, hell maybe even Mills falls late in the 2nd round

knicksfreakParticipantI dont see anyone they can improve the 3 or 5 with in this draft. I see Clark as a clone of Williams. Unless they get Teague, I dont see an upgrade for the declining Bibby. Maybe a backup.
