FastAndFuriousParticipantRajon Rondo ALREADY practicing???!!!

While I do think Rondo only had a partial tear, he’s a freakin warrior!

IndianaBasketballParticipantHe’s not “practicing” lol. He’s just shooting off of one leg, his good leg. It’s not like he’s out there pivoting and cutting. As you can see in the video, he’s not moving his repaired knee at all.
It’s good to see him up and moving, and still around the team, but this isn’t anything special.

FastAndFuriousParticipantLeave it up to IndianaBasketball to rain on the Parade lol
Or did you only comment because it was Rondo and everyone on here knows you don’t like Rondo haha.

CynthiaParticipantWhether he’s “practicing” or not is irrelevant, it’s impressive that he’s actually being active and working on his shot so soon after a major injury.
He could just as easily be laying in a hot tub doing nothing to better himself, like most players do.

HotSnotParticipantAgreed,
I hope Bargnani is watching so he knows what a work ethic looks like.

lalailaParticipantNBA players are so good..
this guy is called PG who can’t shoot and he made like 5 floaters from around 15feet and made it look eaaasyy

Bird_YearsParticipantI just hope that when he comes back he focuses more on winning and less on dropping over 10 dimes per game. I found it crazy frustrating when this guy would pass up lanes to the hoop so that he could pass to a semi-guarded team mate.
It’s a weird thing to complain about but Rondo did take the “unselfish” thing too far this season. It reminded me of Bill Simmons’ Book of Basketball when he talked about Wilt Chamberlain trying to prove he was unselfish by racking up as many assists as possible.

I don’t dislike Rondo. I just think he’s overrated. As long as he can’t shoot, I don’t view him as a complete player. That’s a big hole to have in your game.
I’m just being real… Other than the fact that his spirits are high and he’s not just at home somewhere feeling sorry for himself about his injury, this isn’t a big deal. Most people, even non athletes, can do this almost two months after the surgery. Physically, this isn’t a big deal. Like it doesn’t deserve calling him a “warrior” because of this.

aamir543ParticipantI’m glad he’s back on the court shooting, but this isn’t significant at all, I’m pretty sure you could do this a couple weeks after an ACL surgery, he’s shooting off of one foot, so although I think he’ll be fine by September because it’s only a partial tear, he still has a long way to go to come back.
