Tdvols123ParticipantHe’s tearing it up in Orlando. Of course it’s easier to get more shots up on a bad team, but how could the Bucks not make room for him? He’s starting to become the leading scorer in Orlando and really relishing in the starting combo forward role.
He’ll be a free agent this summer. Where’s the best spot for him?

ASAP HenryParticipantHe really has taken advantage of the opportunity in Orlando which is good to see. Blows my mind that Milwaukee couldn’t find a spot for him in their rotation. I think a team like Detroit or Phoenix would both be really nice fits for him. Especially Detroit. I don’t think Kyle Singler is a starting caliber player on a good team, much better as a back up. If he went to Detroit then the Pistons would certainly have their front-court of the future with Drummond, Monroe, and Harris

DolanCareParticipantYea it made absolutely no sense how Harris was the one to go from the Reddick trade. He is still very young and has such a natural feel for the game.

SiggyParticipantHe’s not going to be a FA this summer. IDK how the OP came up with that.

KHAM83ParticipantI think Orl should match any offers Harris recieves. They have two talented SF with potential with him and Harkless. They cannot afford to keep both, but on a rebuilding team, you want as many trade chips that can be used to fill out your team. I think the pgs in this draft are overrated, even Smart. I dont think the Clips could turn down a deal involving Bledsoe if Orlando were to offer up Afflao plus Harris or Harkless. Theyll have a legit SG, who plays defense and will knock down the open trey CP3 gets him, and theyll have a young prospect at sf who can step in when Butler’s deal is up. Orlando in turn gets their pg of the future, who meshed well with Mcclemore if they were to scoop him up. Clips most certaintly will be looking to move Bledsoe once CP3 resigns.
****I see above now that Harris is not a FA this Summer.0 - Posted on: Thu, 03/28/2013 - 10:35am #758394

Moon RiverParticipantIn 2011 Harris was the 19th pick over all by Charlotte and dealt to the Bucks. So Milwaukee liked him and went out and got him and did not find any room in the regular rotation for him? He also, played very well in Milwaukee’s summer leage last year. I was hopeful they would find room for him, and I was hoping that was why they traded down in the 2012 draft and passed on Jeremy Lamb. But no, they let him rot on the bench and dumped him the Reddick trade, who most likely will not return to the Bucks. And, they just gave their GM an extension? What are the Bucks doing!
Good for Harris. Getting out of Milwaukee was the best thing for him.

LipstickParticipantSkiles messed with a lot of players’ playing time this season, so I’m not surprised Harris is performing like this with another team.
The guy is also built like a tank.
I’m excited to watch them next year. An offseason of Harkless, Harris, Vucevic, draft picks, etc. to get acclimated…they could have two Most Improved Players of the Year in a row if Vucevic wins it this year.

For_Never_EverParticipantHe is a very good post defender for being only 6’8. He has a good stroke with 3 point range. My first time actually watching him was when they played against the Heats. I thought he was very similar to Steven Jackson, looked like a very smart defender, but not quite as good on the perimeter because he lacked ideal foot speed.

r377ParticipantI watched a couple of Bucks games earlier this year and am pretty sure he started. He looked ok aswell for someone with little experience, he had a bit of promise….

r377ParticipantIf the pistons don’t get Porter in the draft that could throw some money his way as they are under the cap now. I just hope its not too much. Alot of young players on bad teams put up good stats towards the end of the year, I just hope they don’t pay too much for him….

LipstickParticipantBig Baby Davis will be mad about coming off the bench. He might even cry about it.

Tdvols123ParticipantYeah, sorry about that he’s still under contract until Summer of 2014. I read an article that had it Summer of ’13 for some reason.
I can’t imagine that the Bucks logjam at 3/4-types had anyone with offensive skills close to Harris’s besides Ersan.
He’s not the quickest out there, but I felt like he guarded Lebron fairly well considering the tear he had been on. I was really impressed/shocked with his defensive ability he showed to guard 3s and 4s. That kind of defensive versatility and impressive offensive game with potential still will lead to a pay day come 2014.Reminds me of a poor man’s Melo.
