aamir543ParticipantKnicks look legit today, looks like its going to be a great game, I expect Miami to pull this one out though, I want to see Lebron take over this game and end it right here.
And Tyson Chandler is probably the most underrated player in the game, that big Knicks run was fueled by Chandler, he’s so good at controlling the paint, and he does it so simply, just keep his hands up and is very patient, he changes every shot taken in the paint.
And good lord can we go to court with a lawsuit about Russell Westbrook dressing himself? Seeing him in street clothes is an absolute eyesore, can’t we let Chris Paul dress him?

CmaddogParticipantthat they said on the halftime show that if they Heat lose this game they would be 0-5 against the knicks and pacers this season. Not overly alarming, but something to think about.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantAnd the Knicks with a run when the Heat were getting close

FastAndFuriousParticipantBron the best in the LEAGUE!!!! TAKING OVER!!!!!

KayjayParticipantHow can you not love watching this guy play. He has the ability to silence the crowd now. Damn…this is a good game.

aamir543ParticipantYES!!!!! Lebron is finally taking over, I want to see him just dominate from here.
Battier has been huge for them today, And if you look at his stats in Wins and Losses, you’ll see what a drastic difference in his stats and percentages.

FastAndFuriousParticipantFrom a strictly scoring standpoint, I’ll take Melo over anybody in the NBA…..
0- Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 10:27am #752157
kingofbumsParticipantnot KD?
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 10:38am #752159
BigChamp12ParticipantHell yea!! Strictly scoring I’d have to go with Melo. I think Kd is the 2nd best scorer after Melo… I think Melo is a much better driver and his post game is way better than KD’s also.
0- Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 10:54am #752166
kingofbumsParticipantsorry man but melo is not a better driver than durant…hes not a better shooter…not more efficient…doesnt get to the line as much…both are just as clutch…and KD isnt even in his prime yet but melo is. great…melo is better in the post…but hes not doing that very often this year.
KD is shooting 50 40 90…sooooo….you still taking melo?
0- Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 11:09am #752169
BigChamp12ParticipantMelo is a much better driver than KD. KD is good at driving and using his length. He goes over or around you. Melo is good at driving and finishing through contact. He is going THROUGH you. He doesnt wait on the blow,. HE’s strong enough to absorb the contact and dish out some punishment himself. When KD drives, he’s the one getting up off the ground after the play. When Melo drives, you’re not gonna see him getting knocked to the floor. Part of KD’s efficiency benefits from having Russ on the floor who creates his shots for him. KD is not a creator. Russ has assisted more than 40% of KD’s points this year. I think KD is a much better wide open shooter than Melo. But shooting off the dribble has to go to Melo. And if I had to give the last shot to anybody in the league, I’d give it to Melo. He’s made more game winning shots than anybody in the league since he entered. Im not taking anything from KD, he’s a phenomenal offensive player at 6’10 but I’d rather Melo. I just feel he’s a more versatile scorer.
Side note: Im watching the Clippers and Thunder now… KD has been knocked down 3 times already driving to the whole.0

HitsterParticipantHeat have come back, remember when we all thought that Miami could not beat the D-Rose Bulls in regular season but come play offs, they ran through them.
The Heat look clear favourites to repeat but the Knicks having a play off run would be good for the NBA as a whole.

kingofbumsParticipantsame with their regular season games against the C’s in previous years. they use to get torn up but by playoffs its vice versa

HitsterParticipantMelo would be a deserving MVP in my eyes this year, Lebron has won 3 and KD will surely win some, for a franchise level player like Melo who turns 29 this May, surely this could be his best chance so far in his career.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 10:46am #752162
halfdecayedParticipantMELO DOES NOT deserve to be MVP alright? he’s behind james, durant, parker and paul, alright?
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 10:47am #752160

mikeyvthedonParticipantJust cemented another MVP. If LeBron hadn’t already. DAMN! 12 points in the 4th, terrible pass by JR Smith. Melo is having a great season, but giving him the MVP due to LeBron having won it too many times is a terrible reason to give someone that award.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 10:48am #752161

Ny2daDeathOFmeParticipantI can’t wait till the playoffs. In the mean time fuck the heats and anybody that like them
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 10:52am #752164

KayjayParticipantGotta give the MVP to him. Voter fatigue only works if there is someone directly underneath him. And this year, its clear nobody touches LeBron.

BigChamp12ParticipantThat steal and dunk at the end was earth shaking! Im not even gonna dwell on that however.
What I want to know is, WHERE WAS AMARE? The Heat couldnt stop the pick n roll with Melo and Amare. I know the Knicks had to watch his minutes, but how long will that last? Of course they’ll make the playoffs, but its getting late and they need to amp it up if they wanna go deep. I may be the only one, but I still think Amare is a top 20 player in this league he’s healthy and with the necessary minutes…..
OTHER NOTES
Melo was great but Bron ended up being better and his supporting cast did as well…
Bosh has decided to not pursue rebounds anymore0- Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 11:13am #752170

DondiJohnParticipantwas busy challenging shots in the middle. Also, most of the knicks misses where long rebounds so the wingmen of the heat cashed on it. He did a good job blocking out Chandler on the offensive glass of the Knicks holding him to 8 rebs.
0- Posted on: Sun, 03/03/2013 - 11:23am #752173
BigChamp12ParticipantI agree he did do a good job of keeping CHandler off the boards… However when you’re an all star PF at 6’10, you cant play 37mins and only get 1 rebound.

halfdecayedParticipantI really feel like the Knicks are doomed, they rely too much on 3 pts shots. They live and die by the jumpshot and will most probably die in the playoffs.
