    2.Michael Carter-Williams
    3.CJ McCollum
    4.Trey Burke
    5.After the top 4 the point guards are awful, but if pressed I would go with Quinn Cook but I can’t see him declaring

    Cook might end up being special. He is a good pass-first point guard, but i don’t think he declares either.

    You think McCollum is better than Burke?
