tiberiusParticipantDid something otherworldly against the clippers. He scored 30 points by shooting 11 times. Has this ever happened before? He shot 11 fg and 11 free throws because of fouls and technicals fouls. He has been a model of efficiency his whole career but now… wow this is some crazy stuff.
BTW for those of you thinking his numbers with the heat have proved he played a bit better in cleveland, I invite you to realize that Bron Bron’s playing time has dropped a substantial amount. He’s been playing 3-4 minutes less than his minutes in cleveland and yet is putting up even more outrageous stats. His peak minutes were in the 05-06 season where he averaged a career high 31.4 points. I think that if today’s lebron played 42.5 minutes per game that he would average 30ppg, 10rpg and 9apg, basically a triple double. what a player!!0 - Posted on: Fri, 02/08/2013 - 6:07pm #745795

FastAndFuriousParticipantNaw….he’s just the best player in the world….nothing major lol

jaysmith1987ParticipantLebron isn’t Jordan but he is the greatest talent since elevating past anyone’s imagination. Like Jordan everyone is looking for the next Lebron. The guy is so amazing thay when he has a 25 5 and 9 game its just another day at the job.

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantChris Paul scored 27 points on 9 shots this season

XYRYXParticipantI know Dirk and even Paul Pierce had games where they had like 17+ freethrows multiple times and scored a lot of points without shooting many field goals. Harden is averaging 10 FTs per game this season and a great FT shooter.
But you’re completely right. I never trusted the guys who were selling me that he really can average a tripple double for the season cause this means you basically have to get one every single night but your math is proving that he is not to far away from that.
He’s shooting 0.556 and 0.408 what is flat out fantastic for someone who plays at the wing and is getting 27ppg.
Crazy that he is not the clear choice for MVP cause KD is having his best all around season by himself.
NBA 2012/2013 is really entertaining so far (if you’re not a Lakers or Celtics fan)!

drk3351ParticipantIf he doesn’t win the MVP…

joecheck88ParticipantAnybody see the guy in the stands that caught the loose ball. Lebron asked for it back, got it back, threw it back to the guy and the guy threw it back? Well that guy has had an awesome week. They interviewed him. He went to the Super Bowl. Got to interact with Lebron on national tv. Won the fan of the game and got a 300 gift card. Then, this same morning took a picture with Jeff Van Gundy who then remembered him and said he was a good guy.
Anyway, that is off topic but I wasn’t posting a new topic but thought it was cool.
Lebron is Lebron. His last 4 games he is shooting like 70% from the field. I don’t take too much stock into this game as 4 of the Clippers were playing their first game in awhile. Give credit to the Heat anyway but I don’t think this game is indicative on what would happen in a 7 game series which could be possible in let’s say June. Haha.
