How on earth did Kyrie go 3rd, let alone 1st? Chuck could have had Kyrie and Drummond, instead of Davis and Faried. Stupid.

  You really nailed it here. I was thinking the same. Really thought Chuck went for hustle and fighting forgetting he needs shooters. But on the other hand there will be just Layups, Dunks and 3 Pointers in this game and Rubio will be setting all this up very nicely I see him getting 20+ assists.

I said it man, I’ll take Kyrie first and with the second pick i would take Lillard if he’s available, without thinking twice about it.
Good luck trying to stop Lillard and Kyrie on the same team, in a game with no defense.
It will be raining Threes in Houston that night.

I guess they didn;t want to take Kyrie as he is in the all star game and won;t get as many mintues but still, knowing Kyrie, he would love to play big mintues in the rising stars game.

The line-up comparison is lop-sided. It looks like team shaq will murder team chuck but who knows? NBA players are still nba players and might explode on any given night.

Shaq’s team is stacked.. but isn’t this game meant for Rubio? How’d he go so late?
Either way Shaq’s team owns.. upset no Ross but atleast I got the dunk comp for him!!

Chuck didn’t grab Irving because he knew he wouldn’t play too many minutes in this game, the same way Blake Griffin had very little impact last year because he was playing in the All-Star game and didn’t play much. The rest of the roster is hard to explain, but the Kyrie move at least made a little sense.

Lol at Shaq on picking Lillard and Kyire:
I took Lillard first because Kyrie might not want to play many minutes, if Chuck would’ve taken Kyrie first, I would’ve taken Anthony Davis second, but he didn’t, so I’m smart enough to take Kyrie off the book. If he doesn’t wanna play, he sitting his ass on MY bench.

7 out of Shaq’s 10 are rookies.
7 out of Chuck’s 10 are sophs.
Shved and Rubio have also been pros for years. Experience often counts even in this game…just saying.

Rubio to Davis and Faried is going to be the story of this game. Chuck should have picked up Drummond with his third pick and just dominated the paint and the boards and had Rubio (you knew he would be available because Shaq already had his guards) just throw lobs all game. Rubio is perfect for this game and in fact everyone in the stands and on both teams wants to watch him in this format.
