So, it turns out "Mr. PER" John Hollinger is putting up his updated player profiles for this year. I know many people want to look at them, but ESPN can be a real B- when they’re putting up paywalls and shoving the benefits of insider in your face every other article. So, for sh*ts and giggles, also because I’m pulling my hair out waiting for Oct. 30 (start of the regular season), I might as well post them here, for nbadraft.net and the whole internet to enjoy.

QUICK QUESTION: Hollinger is putting up his team forecasts for this season, do you guys want me to try and get those up before the season starts? If I did, I’d have to do them 3 at a time, and that might be a bit of an overload. Leave some feedback in the comments.

So much for sucking for the next half-decade. Things were looking bad in NOLA, having just traded away Chris Paul to the Clippers, and Eric Gordon trying to pack up and move to Phoenix. Then the basketball gods shined on the Hornets, showering them with a bevy of gifts, including Anthony Davis, Austin Rivers, and Darius Miller. With Ryan Anderson and Robin Lopez in the mix, the Hornets arguably have the brightest future in the NBA. Things will be tough this season, but for Anthony Davis and the Hornets, the sky is the limit.

Anyway, the Bobcats are the last team in this series, coming Friday. I loved all the great feedback about posting these, and if time permits, I may even be able to get Hollinger’s forecasts up here as well. Thanks for all your support, guys.

    Enjoy.

Well for Lopez what else is there to write about him? And he was a historically bad passer.

Not sure who will start at SF but if it’s Aminu they could have a starting lineup of Lopez-Davis-Aminu-Gordon-Rivers. Not too bad defensively with the offensive boost coming from the backcourt.

Yes please put up the team forecast if it doesn’t burden you. Today is the 19th so if you do 3 a day, you can have it donw by the 29th. The season starts on the 30th. Thanks again.

Brian Roberts is the best PG on the Hornets roster from what I’ve seen.

Aminu’s experience with Team Nigeria was great for him, but the more I see him the more I  think he’s a tweener defensive specialist off the bench.  His ball skills and shooting ability havent progressed enough to be used as a starting SF.  I’d actually like to see Darius Miller get some extended run with the starting lineup before the preseason is over.
