Is it just me or is Dejuan Blair turning out to be a pretty good prospect. Everyone always says that height isnt as important as wingspan or standing reach. Blair has a longer wingspan and standing reach than blake griffin. im not saying he is as good or will b as good as blake, cuz he wont, but i think he is should b a lottery pick. He has slimmed down and has a 33 inch vertical and 12% body fat, the same as James Johnson. If i were the nets, i would definitely pick him

I hope people keep sleeping on him. I’m targeting Blair and Henderson in my keeper leagues next year. Two low risk high reward guys. The 12% body fat really surprised me. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s that far off from Thabeet. Jordan Hill running like a wing should help his stock, but his bench press gave us a few more question marks. I think he’s a top 5 pick regardless though.

Honestly, Im getting nervous about Blair. I mean he is having good workouts and numbers.

I heard the Elton Brand comparisons…I cant agree.

I think the only team that has a good reason to take him in the lottery is New Jersey…

Other than that…16-Chicago, 19-Atlanta, 20-Utah,21-NO and 22-Dallas are his hotspots.

If a point guard the Pacers want isn’t available at 11, then they’ll take Blair for sure if he’s still on the board.

After his combine Daye has no business declaring this year. Dude’s scared of a Weight Bench for crying out loud. Hows he gonna back down Amare Stoudemire Next Season?

I have a lower opinion of him then just about anyone on here it seems. He officially measured in at 6-5 1/2 with shoes ON. That means he is probably only about 6-4 without shoes. It is one thing to say he can make up for his lack of height, but that is going to be a huge obstacle for him. And I don’t think other then an incredible wingspan and physical strength that his skills are anything impressive. I have him going towards the end of the first round.

He wont…he is clearly a East coast player….

See..you cant look too deep into the combine numbers…. I think he will go mid 1st to late 1st

Is down in weight for a contract …Can he keep the weight off?

I sense a lack of playing time and cash flow will equal a large rump who cant or wont run the floor and end up a Mini Stanley Roberts …

Remember Michael Sweetney? Yes, Blair is more athletic (barely) and he is longer (also barely)..but I think DeJuan Blair will have the same type of career. Maybe Craig Smith without the midrange game at the very best

I like the comparison Iguodala. I think he’ll be what sweetney should have been though, but coming out they were both in the same boat. That draft just royally blew the big one though.
