NYKnicksuperFanParticipantChase plays the sg/sf the 2 positions the pistons are best at with Rip and Prince

Flash_Scout_5Participantif i was the pistions i would try to move up a spot or maybe two spots to get Earl Clark a big man who can possible play PF/SF but to play PF nees to put on some weight.

borlackParticipantyah but think about the future, rip and tay arent getting any younger, the pistons might as well develop someone to help come off the bench learn from two great players…learn rips ability to get open looks and tay’s defense and smart play…and honestly they could pretty draft anything at this point they need whatever they can get and most likely they’ll have a big acquisition…like boozer or one of the bigs from utah. i trust dumars descision making abilities think about what he did..clearly he wasnt winning with chancey and he now has so much cap and he gave stuckey some confidence. he has something up his sleeve.

SophisticParticipantis this a joke?Budinger as PF?
It’s even doubtful that he can play the 3 in the NBA (8’5” standing reach).
The possibility of Boozer playing for Detroit next season is pretty high so a PG or a C would make most sense.
BJ Mullen is a high risk at 15 but could be worth it, Flynn and Lawson are also good options.0- Posted on: Sun, 05/31/2009 - 6:53am #154776

pistonsmanParticipanthe can play a PF or even a C

QHaynes123budinger cannont play pf- no way

UNC4eva8806ParticipantIs a shooting guard/small forward, theirs no way he will be playing center nor power forward!!! But to answer the question I don’t think Chase will drop out of the lottery. Charlotte is in need of a guard for the future since Raja Bell will be 33 by time the season begins and if Earl Clark doesn’t drop to #12 look for Chase to be suiting up for the Bobcats. And if pistonsman want’s Joe Dumars to keep his job he won’t be selecting John Bryant at 15. LOL

sb13ParticipantOk?! why on earth would you think he could play pf, he is specifically a sg/sf, but more of a shooting gaurd. no way on earth could he play pf. why would you even think that. i’m not trying to be rude, but that just makes no sense at all! i dont even think he can play sf, he would get ripped, even at shooting gaurd his ball handling skills are mediocre at best! WORST POST EVER!!!

JNixonParticipantThis was a bad post, why would you draft Chase Budinger and try to play him at a postion he hasnt played probably since little league. He is a wing player and the Pistons wont draft him, 10000% sure they wont

NYKnicksuperFanParticipantPistonsfan in your original post you said he could play center but then you edited it so you wouldnt be made fun of but then you put you wanted JOHN BRYANT lmao
