I really think they messed this pick up. Not only do I think Harrison Barnes would have been a better fit, it’s been said that Cleveland was offering 4, 24, and 33 for the 2nd pick. Why not accept that deal and pick MKG at 4 who probably would have been available? You still get the guy you want and acquire two additional picks. Sorry Charlotte fans, wrong decision….
Though as a Kings fan I wasn’t exactly going to complain. Depending on what they do, Harrison Barnes is ours for the taking.
We screwed it up like I knew we would.
MKG is very talented but not what we need in Charlotte right now. MKG will be a very good complimentary player but we dont have anyone for him to compliment. Hopefully he was picked to be traded.
They still have no scorer. Maybe they trade him tonight.
