    First off let me say that I actually like how *replying* to a message now shows under that message and is slightly tabbed over. I think that’s a great update.

    My issue is the changeup to the new posts. While I understand you’re trying to make it more "social media" by having the new posts at the top instead of the bottom, this is not Facebook, or someone’s blog; it’s a forum. Forums are meant to go from old post to new post, not new to old.

    The way it’s been setup now causes confusion, not only amongst myself but I’ve noticed numerous other members mention it. I shouldn’t have to look at the exact time something was posted to figure out where I am in the timeline of the topic.

    The largest area of confusion is when someone is responding to something that someone else previously said…but their response now shows up ahead of what they’re actually responding to, and that quite frankly makes no logical sense.

    Please set it back to the old-to-new format, but you can keep the tabbed over replies as they are.

    Confused become I when new-to-old reading.

    Replying to a specific post is a good add. May lead to more one-on-one arguments/bickering, but still a good idea.

     Hopefully this is just temporary. This happened last year too. I thinking adding a ‘quoting’ sustem is better then replying to a user and appearing right below them anyway.

    Odds are it will go back to the way it was before (old to new). It would be kind of cool to have the replies to particular posts and more than likely lead to a lot less confusion, but I would rather just go back to the old set-up. Don’t know why it happens, just know that this is not the first time and that it will more than likely go back to normal. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

      since this is a stinkin double post, i figured i’d get somethin out of it…

      how far do you think Perry Jones will fall after news broke out about a potential bum knee?

        I would be surprised if he went below 19, still. Even with his knee issues, someone will still be willing to gamble on the upside of a player as tall, athletic and skilled as Perry Jones. The knee issue just kind of adsorb’s into his big box of other red flags.

        TC, I actually believe this is something that has happened trying to fix an issue with people SPAM-ing the $hit out of the board. It has gotten pretty common and obnoxious, so I think the IT people are trying to do something about it. Think they want the board to be the same as always, just maybe to have less SPAM-ing @ssholes posting there cr@p on here all of the time. So, think that the board acting strange is probably in congruence with that. Still, pretty annoying time to have it happen RIGHT before/during Draft time.

    change it back to the way it was. Everything is slower now and more confusing. I assumed he just did this too slow down traffic during draft day… I dont know, other than that it makes no sense. Everything was fine before, I hate when websites change shit up like youtube.

     

    and I feel like now you gotta hit "Post, preview, review" all this shit before you could just type it then send it

    This has happened before multiple times and I am pretty sure it is not intentional. It makes no sense and is way to stupid to be intentional.
