AJM02ParticipantThis years draft is considered to be deep, and contains a lot of role players. I’m curious how good the 2013 draft is considered to be. Opinions? Facts?

HaleParticipant2012 is better. Davis is better then anyone in 2013 and the Top 7 in this class will be much better then next years imo. This year also has far more depth. Noel is vastly overrated next year, I don’t Adams is special and Austin is softer then PJ3. Bazz, Zeller and Poythress are great but in terms of top end talent, and overall depth I’d say 2012 is at least a notch or two better then 2013.

SubZeroParticipantI agree, I think Shabazz and Cody Zeller can both be franchise changers next year, and Poythress will be on the fringe. While as a UK fan I’m hoping Noel comes in and meets these expectations, I feel he’ll be a major liability on offense

HaleParticipantHe’ll score double figures off of pure talent alone for UK, but in the NBA his offense is going need loads of work, and he needs to learn he can’t try to block every shot and fall for every pump fake. Glad you agree on Poythress, I’d have him #3 for next year right now.

SubZeroParticipantWouldn’t you say that MKG and Poythress are pretty similar?

HaleParticipantYes, I think they are very similar. I think Poythress is a bit bigger and is a better shooter from deep though.

MattHoopsParticipantI also like McAdoo… I think the kid Adams will be good too. I think Zeller, McAdoo, Noel, Muhammed, Gobert, and Adams will be the top 6. I think I agree with another poster.. 2012 is deeper….2013 will be more top heavy. Things change though..

Toronto16ParticipantI know I may receive a lot of flak for this, but I think Shabazz Muhammed is going to be a great player, a franchise player, can’t miss talent.
