    Alright, so it is probably inevitable that people will try and conjur up a trade between these two organizations. Here is my first shot at a potential swap, + explanations

    Houston Receives:

    Dwight Howard, Hedo Turkoglu, Quentin Richardson

    Orlando Receives:

    Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, Samuel Dalembert, Kyle Lowry, #14 pick, #16 pick

     

    (BTW on the trade machine, it says Orlando +1 and Houston no change)

     

    Why it makes sense:

    Houston adds a superstar/face of the franchise, a guy you can pair with Goran Dragic/Patrick Patterson/Chandler Parsons/ #18 pick for a nice little future foundation

    Houston can then amnesty Hedo Turkoglu and make a huge push to try and add 1 more piece this offseason

    Orlando dumps the awful contract of Hedo Turkoglu, an unhappy superstar in Dwight, and essentially deadweight in Quentin Richardon

    Orlando has plenty of solid players, they could easily be the Denver Nuggets of the east… also they acquired picks 14 and 16 in the draft

    Orlando could then potentially move Lowry + 14th to Sacramento for Tyreke

    what do you guys think?

     You can not Amnesty players you traded for. Also why would Houston give up all this for Dwight? They would have Dwight and nothing else. Horrible idea bud.

    but i think you are under-appreciating some of the young pieces Houston has (dragic, lee, morris, patterson, parsons)

    that being said, i can see how Houston would be giving up a lot… but then again, Orlando will be asking for a lot

     Orlando is going to ask for a lot, but I can’t see Dwight signing an extension to play with Dragic, Morris, Patterson, and Parsons.

    It’s a gamble thats for sure… but Daryl Morey wants D12 bad and I’m not sure if the mere idea of D12 not signing an extension will stop him
