cuseflynn10ParticipantBobcats wouldn’t do that. It’s basically #2 pick and #8 pick (Kemba) for #6 and #11. #2 for #6 and #11 straight up is more fair, but it’s not going to happen either.

AJM02ParticipantHave the Bobcats contacted the Blazers about Trading the #2 Pick and Kemba/DJ for the #6 and #11 picks?
Would it be a good idea for both sides?
Should the Bobcats draft Damiem Lillard and a big?/ Who should the Bobcats draft if they pull of this trade?

B-ball fanParticipantWhy would the Bobcats do that? Kemba was a top ten pick. They are effectively trading down twice. Unless they are convinced Kemba is a complete bust, their is no reason to do this if Kemba is involved. If it is Augustin, then the trade would be bad for both teams. The Bobcats still wouldn’t have a suitable offer to trade down and the Blazers would reject that as they likely aren’t going to value DJ Augustin highly. Plus, the 6th pick is probably pretty good for the Blazers, as they have a lot of holes and don’t need to just zone in on one guy.

sksa4y5abw4tParticipant#2 for #4 + #24 with the Cavs is a much better deal at least imo

jhbm24ParticipantKemba was th 9th pick. And I’m sure the bobcats are willing to give up Augustine and the number 6 and 11 considering they want to trade the pick anyways. But the the blazers are only gna get a pg and who? Drummond? Not sure if they are that high on him.
