TruettParticipantHe is really slipping. I thought that once his athletic testing came out he would solidify or raise his stock but the opposite has happened. He tested out as basically a 4.5 inch taller Thaddeus Young (which is impressive to me) and weighed enough to dispel the anthony randolph comps. Is his agent saying that he is only going to play the 3? whats the deal?

anthonymatthew24ParticipantHe should definitely play as a four. The Nba now in days is very more athletic and size is not that important. Look at the NBA finals the heat start Battier or Lbron at PF, Bosh at center and oklahoma basically always plays KD at the four , so he should follow that road.

TruettParticipantI see him as a face up 4 who can move without the ball, pick n roll, pick n pop and maybe spread the floor if his J develops. He has a little post game too… You can tell that he did not like covering centers or clogging the lane at Baylor and he kinda sucks at D all around… So why would you want him on the perimeter where 1s,2s,3s can all blow by him ? you would want him at 4 and have someone else cover the otherteams best big man, right ? I dunno, I havn’t heard anything, I am just trying to figure out why he is dropping..

benny15Participantim also not liking what ive been hearing from him. the guy says he thinks he doesnt have a confidence issue anymore. and that he will look to score more since he’s a better scorer than what he showed in college. to me, it shows that he doesnt completely believe what he’s saying. he knows what he has to say, and is trying to buy it himself, but deep down, its his head thats telling him he has to be confident, not his heart saying that he is. and im afraid due to his new approach showing people he can score is that he will be forcing his way to get his which can be detrimental to team play. honestly, i havent seen anything from him to show that he can put points on the board consistently while doing within the flow of the team.

vulture711ParticipantHe’s a tall 3. Doesn’t like contact, prefers to face up, doesn’t block shots or rebound. He’s a more athletic Craig Brackins

TripleDoubleScoutParticipantHe’s definitely a three. Its funny how people acknowledge he probably played a lot out of position, but wonder why he didn’t dominate

Meditated StatesParticipantGuy handles the ball and attacks the rim. He is not a dominant post guy of course hr did not excel at playing center.

PulseGlazerParticipantEh, he’s a huge risk for a tweener and his best case seems more and more like Tim Thomas and less and less like huge TMac.

JrbenzCuse23There is nobody like Perry Jones in the NBA. I would take him top 5.
