The8thDeadlySinParticipantWith the combine being at the end of the week, we are going to find out alot about these players true height and athletic ability. What would happen to their draft stock in these situations?
What if Brad Beal is only 6’2??
What if Meyers Leonard has a 35" vert??
What if John Hensen is 6’11??
What if Andre Drummon is over 7′ tall?
These are 4 guys that have some huge question marks around them. I very interested to see how these 4 plus Gilchrist and Barnes test out.

NCarmean18ParticipantI’m interested in seeing how tall Thomas Robinson measures, as well. It’s rumored that if he’s 6’8" and not a legit 6’9" it could really hurt his draft stock. I like T-Rob and I think he will be a very good player, so I’m hoping for his own benefit he measures out to the liking of NBA prospect scouts.

r377ParticipantI am very interested to see how Terrence Jones goes….

DunksNJordans23ParticipantWhat if John Henson spelled his name John Hensen??

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantWhat if these little events were not emphasized this much?
We wouldn’t have guys being drafted so high based on athleticism.

For_Never_EverParticipantI believe Bradley Beal will be only 6’3 in shoes. I don’t get why he is consider by most of the people on the site as the top SG.

r377ParticipantBradley Beal is 6"3, I am not too sure what would happen if he was only 6"2 ? I am not sure it matters as he is a great rebounder anyway.
I agree with never ever_ I am not sure why everyone thinks he is a better prospect than J Lamb. I have them very very close, with maybe a slight advantage to J Lamb…

NCarmean18ParticipantMost people like Brad Beal over Jeremy Lamb because Beal wants to win basketball games, and most people question whether Lamb wants to win games or just score the basketball.
Lamb played on a National Championship team in Connecticut. After Kemba declared for the 2011 NBA Draft, this was Lamb’s golden oppertunity to take over the leadership role of the defending championship team. However, Lamb never really took a leadership role and for the lack of production at UConn this past season, his draft stock has fallen.
I think Jeremy Lamb is incredibly talented and has the most potential out of any shooting guard in this draft, but you need to have desire for winning and passion for the game. If he can prove during his interviews that he is a willing competitior and wants to win an NBA championship, he may see himself creep up on big boards once again.

TRC1991Participanti bet brad beal comes in at 6’2.75" barefoot, and 6’4” in shoes, 210 lbs with a 34 inch vert

The8thDeadlySinParticipantI was hearing that Beal was going to be a legit 6’4.. I mean what if he is 6’2 in shoes??

For_Never_EverParticipantI’d have to go with JLamb over Beal His potential is out of space and his length is ridiculous. Lamb has good size for a starting SG, Beal does not. Unless he ends up being a Joe Dumar’s clone. There are so few 6-3/6-4 SG’s that really win at a high level. Sure size does matters in the league. It’s the difference between having a position or being a tweener, a 6th man coming off the bench.Lamb can get his shot off in so many different types of situations. Lamb has both a higher ceiling and floor but both can be disappointments.

WolfRobParticipantI like the "What If" Concepts, but Brad Beal 6’2 in shoes is just stupid.

omphalosParticipantWhat if Sullinger measures 6’10 without shoes?
What if Renardo Sidney measures at 280?
What if Doron Lamb measures 6’5 barefoot?
Also, what if Austin Rivers measures in at 6’4 barefoot?

sheltwon3ParticipantWhat if Brad Beal is only 6’2?? I hear he is at least 6’4" in shoes and also he may be still growing which means he could end up 6’5" in shoes which is not bad with his arm length
What if Meyers Leonard has a 35" vert?? Gortat was a backup and his vert was higher than that. He is starting for Suns now though
What if John Hensen is 6’11?? If Henson is that tall i think he will be a lock to go to Detroit. Also that would put him at Camby like dimension and he will definitely have to get stronger
What if Andre Drummon is over 7′ tall? People are calling he DeAndre Jordan like so his height may not change people mind considering everyone knows he is a legit Center.

acantareParticipantFor me my big question mark is Tyler Zeller, will he measure 6’10+ without shoes 240+lbs and have at least a 7′ wingspan?
My guess is that beal is 6’2.5 with out shoes and 6’4 with.
Also want to see what sullinger, Henson, and W Barton all weight in at. This could really dictate where they are drafted. Sullinger should go high if under 265, Henson needs to be over 210, and Barton over 175.

PulseGlazerParticipantMostly curious about TRob’s wingspan, as I think that has the greatest effect on his cieling. Indeed, it may be the most important cieling related question in the draft.

TallmanNYCParticipantI also can’t wait for the combine results. It is always interesting to find out folks real heights. And the wingspan is also interesting because it often explains why a smaller guy can play so big.
LI don’t think Drumond has grown though. He seemed very developed right out of high school and those guys who have already filled out generally are done growing in height.

acantareParticipantAlso want to see how Draymond Green measures,
my guess is 6’5 without out shoes, 7’1 wingspan and 245lbs. I think this leaves him just big enough to play the 4 in the NBA

rhamnlacsonParticipantwhom id love to see is thomas robinson ,perry jones, and andre drummond those are the guys whom i think has the high risk high reward for any nba team that would pick them specially for the teams like the wizards, cavs and bobcats

JoeWolf1What if MKG is 6’6.5” in shoes?
What if Dion Waiters is 6’2.5” in shoes?
What if Jeremy Lamb is 6’6.25” in shoes? (He looks so young if anyone might still be growing, it’s him)

juice304ParticipantWhat about Royce’s measurements when it comes to height/weight and his quickness measurements. I have my doubts on whether he is actually quick enough to defend sf’s and whether he is tall enough to defend pf’s. I like his offensive versatility, but on D still have ?s
