That if the Heat don’t win it all this year he will take calls for Wade and Bosh. He also said that Pat is about winning at all cost. I think Smith was saying it more from his point of veiw. That Pat is not paying three guys 103 million each to not win rings. So guys if you ran the heat and didn’t win it again this year would you look to trade one or two of the big three?

dunno, Mr. Bosh has been hurt, that never helps. Couldn’t hurt to look around though, they have no decent role players

Hate to say it but Wade will probably be the first to go if they decide to break up the Big 3.

He could be moved to a team like the Nuggets for say, Afflalo, Mozgov, Chandler, and a first-round pick?

    Nuggets:

    Felton
    Wade – Fernandez
    Gallinari – Harrington
    Faried – Anderson
    McGee – Koufos

    Heat: (Amnesty Miller)

    Chalmers – Cole
    Afflalo – Chandler
    James – Battier
    Bosh – Haslem
    Mozgov – Anthony

Like Stephen A. Smith said about two weeks ago, "When you’re cutting a 9 digit check to someone, loyalty goes out the window"

If the Heat do not get it done, which I think they can/will, someone will be moved.  Also wouldn’t hurt to see a Wade for Bynum swap.

If anything trade Bosh for some decent role players. Haslem is worth keeping but every other big they have is not good. Battier and Miller are shooters that cannot really shoot. Battier is still a good defender but Miller never really was to begin with. Mike Miller is at least known be a good rebounder but against guards not guys like Brandon Bass.

I think it certainly needs to be looked at. What about Wade for Paul?

Obviously LeBron isn’t being traded… And I can’t see Riley trading D. Wade. Business is business, but I just can’t see Riley pulling that trigger.

That leaves Bosh. IF anybody is going to be moved, it’s him. He’s still the weakest link.

It’s hard to gel when one has a ring and the other doesn’t.

The funny thing is if Wade gets traded, then Lebron would be blamed for that. Nevermind Wade being very inconsistent since Bosh’s injury.

I think the Heat organization is to loyal to let go Wade but who knows. Basketball is a business at the end of the day. Stephen A. Smith said earlier that he thinks, the Heat should trade Dwade and Bosh for Dwight Howard. What do y’all think about that? I’m going to try and post the link.

It has nothing to do with rings. Wade and Shaq gelled fine despite being in a similar situation. The problem is they are both ball dominate slashing wings. If one of them had a better jumpshot and could spread the floor better for the other they would be much more successful but if they aren’t in the open court teams just pack the paint on them and wait for Wade or Lebron to attack the rim.

Aflalo, Chandler, Mozgov won’t get them a ring and Wade is worth a lot more since he’s under contract for 2 more years.

As for Mike Miller no one wants to pay him 3 yrs 18 mill they are stuck with him.

Wade and Bosh are worth a lot more than Dwight Howard.

Who’s replacing all the scoring that’s lost and Wade’s defense at SG.

Howard isn’t Shaq or Kareem out there yeah he’ll blocks shots and rebound but he’s not the scorer either of those 2 are.

I Think Miami’s Biggest Problem is they dont have a coach that knows how to use the big’s 3 talents..He’s an above average coach with 2 of the 3 best players in the nba and Bosh who is a top 15 talent..But yet he hasnt learned what way is best to use them..IT seems like Wade, Lebron and Bosh make they own plays and everyone else stands around and watch…

at this point, its been 2 years of (mostly) guaranteed champions for this team…if they dnt win it,they HAVE to do something…i say somethin like d-wade to boston for rondo…Nah,im jst playing but tht would be somethin wouldnt it? but seriously wade to the warriors for a package includin curry…they need some1 to spread the floor and neither james or wade is a consistent 3 point threat…plus IMAGINE the running lineup they would have with chalmers, curry and james on the fast break (and cant forget bosh)…curry is the perimeter threat, james is the alley-oop or the highlight dunk threat and chalmers has floaters n runners FOR DAYS!!!! it would be interesting 2 say the least

If the nuggets would do a trade for him, that would be the best deal. If the heat got 3 or 4 good/great role players and depth on their team they would be great with bosh. bosh and lebron complement each other nicely. Then they add a 1st round pick and use the mid level exception. that would be 5 or 6 players added to the team for more depth for getting rid of wade. to me that would be worth it. That would ensure that injuries would have as much of an impact and they could play more players and keep players rested.

Why trade Bosh? I completely understand Wade is the better of the 2 players, but he is too similiar to Lebron. He also looks like his body is already breaking down. I would rather keep the big man that is going to be harder to replace, that is younger and that does not have the injury history. Bosh and Lebron play well together, besides I think you can get more for Wade than Bosh.

If Wade were to get traded, do not be surprised if he has an MVP type of season just out of rage alone, but you cannot keep guys that are the exact same guy, especially when they are guys that always need the ball. I think the 76ers suffer from some of this.

Wade will not get traded. Thats like Lebron’s best friend and probably the reason he chose to play in Miami in the first place.

Look to trade? No. Willing to listen if some team offers something stupid that makes the team better (Pau Gasol)? Of course.

They might trade Bosh. Heck they could even amnesty Bosh. Brooklyn would immediately put in a $20 million bid so his entire contract would be picked up. The Heat would then be way under the cap and have money to sign productive role players. I’m not sure who those would be, but it is conceivable.

But if the Heat make the finals, I think that is enough to not break up the big three. I think Smith is wrong here and that a break up is only possible if there is a loss to the Celtics.

The Heat should trade LeBron to the Cavs for Kyrie Irving, Andy Varejao, Tristan Thompson, Omri Casspi, and the 4th pick.

    Heat starters:

    PG: Kyrie Irving
    SG: D Wade
    SF: Harrison Barnes
    PF: Chris Bosh
    C: Andy Varejao

    Bench

    PG: Mario Chalmers
    SG: James Jones
    SF: Mike Miller
    PF: Udonis Haslem
    C: Tristan Thompson

Reserves: Norris Cole, Mike Miller, Joel Anthony, Omri Casspi, and their own late first round pick. They could draft Draymond Green as a do-everything 3/4 who can board, shoot, and pass. Or Darius Miller as a backup combo guard who can handle and shoot and could play with either Wade or Irving. Or run the second unit with Battier, Mike Miller/James Jones, Battier, Haslem, and TT/Anthony.

I forgot to include Shane Battier on the Heat bench. With so many options at the 3 the Cavs should be able to keep Omri Casspi.
But I like the Heat bench now with Chalmers, Miller, Battier, Jones, Haslem, TT, Anthony, and that late first rounder.

Finally, if Norris Cole wants to get in on the action, they can ship him back to Cleveland too.

Why would Cavs do that? The guy walked washy from them once… Also I think the way the Cavs are building a team now is light years better than have Bron and no one else.

I would keep LeBron and Bosh and trade Wade IF they trade one at all. Trade Wade for a team wanting a superstar like Houston. Bosh is the 3rd best player, but 2nd most important imo. If Wade was traded for some solid starters then the HEAT could become very scary. Wade, Miller, and Chalmers for Scola, Martin, and Lowry? Houston finally gets their superstar and the HEAT have the best starting lineup in basketball. Lowry, Martin, LeBron, Bosh, and Scola. Don’t believe it will happen, but it is something to think about.

Bosh/Chalmers/Battier/Turiaf/1st, MAYBE. And that is a very BIG maybe at that. As bad as Gasol kills me, he still brings a lot to the table that I’m not sure if Bosh can. After all, Gasoft is still the backup 5 behind Bynum primarily.

Having said that, for all the soft talk Bosh gets, he still has proven to better a better team defender than Gasol and attacks the basket far more aggressively than Pau leading to fouls if the open jumper isn’t there. I may do the deal though simply because Bosh may be the best player with the highest re-trade value while getting back a couple good role players and a pick. Wouldn’t hurt that Bosh has become QUITE the stretch 4 the past couple years, even showing a 3 ball. My only worry is whether or not he’s much better than what Odom was.
