sheltwon3ParticipantLast year Washington picked up Chris Singleton and Jan Velsey. Both can play the 3 spot so unless they are trading this pick, I don’t see a 3 maybe a 2 guard.
Drummond will probably not fall that far.
GSW traded away a small shooting guard to have a bigger backcourt. They give that up if the sign Beal. I think the go with a 3 man unless they are trading this pick. They could possibly grab a four or a combo forward.
Toronto taking Sullinger is a shock unless there is a trade.
You do not seems to be a fan of Lillard who should get drafted pretty high
I doubt Terrance Jones gets drafted as high as you have him. I think Bucks go with a big man.
Austin Rivers may not fall that far I think he goes top 14 for sure

nateoak10ParticipantAnd have come out and said they want a SF eitrher through a trade or the draft. I highly highly doubt they go with a SG seeing as though we apparently love White, Jones and are trying to move up to the #2 (Cho and Myers, the two GM’s have been talking, nothing imminent) as well as trying to trade the pick for a verteran SF.

r377ParticipantWhy do ppl get negged for their mocks ?
I think its good you have actually thought about it and changed it from what Aran has. As I am sure Aran will prob change his quite a few times before the draft. Everyone has a different opinion…..
While I don’t think the Raptors will go with Sullinger this mock is realistic – thanks for your opinion and input….

ZeeProfessorParticipantI know that Portland needs a point guard but I would prefer taking Lillard rather than Marshall. Look at it this way, if you take Drummond and Marshall, your starting lineup a couple years down is probably:
PG: Kendall Marshall
SG: Wesley Matthews
SF: Nicolas Batum
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge
C : Andre Drummond
In that group, only Aldridge is capable of getting his own shot, Batum isn’t aggressive enough, Matthews is more of an off ball player, Drummond doesn’t have the offensive moves and Marshall doesn’t have a consistent jumpshot.
Because of these factors, I think that Lillard fits in better with Portland with his ability to pass AND penetrate and get a shot for himself. I really think he could play a Westbrook-like role for the Blazers.
