He played great tonight probably one of the greatest playoff performance by a player in recent history, everyone says this but its basically true, if Rondo had a consistent jumpshot he would be in the debate as the best pg in the league. And  I strongly agree with this.

The reason i think he isnt a consistenly good shooter is because he doesnt always believe in his shot. He’s really improved it from when he first came in the league. Even Reggie Miller says he has good form, release, balance etc. Alot of times he just doesn’t trust himself shooting the rock. If he ever does become a solid to good shooter i think he may just be the top pg in the game.

BS. He doesnt have good form on the jumpshot. Maybe he has good balance and release but he flings the ball from his shoulder. Him and Tony Allen both have the same shot and its pretty ugly. I dont disagree that he needs more confidence on his jumper like he had tonight but his form is not good.

He is better than all those other guys. More clutch more all around skills. Less holes in his game. Does not play with the atheletes he needs and is still great in the halfcourt. He is the best PG alive right now. Just except it.

He doesn’t have the greatest form, but when he does get good arc and rotation on his shot.  His form isn’t Tony Allen-level bad, either.  I think he just needs to keep shooting with confidence.  He has shown much more confidence in his fade-away jumper off the dribble this postseason than in the past, and that is a good sign for the Celtics.
