del90ParticipantI’ve heard much about the fail success of the Bulls this season and for me I kind of saw it coming with the astrocious performance they put on in last year’s playoffs against the Heat. To tell you all the truth, last season’s debacle was mainly the reason I kinda fell out of love for the NBA altogether. I mean, who wants to watch an unhealthy superstar lead a booty cast into the playoffs for a second time? Kinda what he did this year. And once again, the players were useless in his aid during crunchtime. Deng specifically. Boozer… Noah. It occurred to me after they went down against Philly that their FO needed to get someone in the reigns of the offense to complement Rose. You know, a player with the "itness" factor.
Should Bulls be feeding offers to SAC for Tyreke Evans in the next 36 days?
I actually think him and Rose would make a great pairing. Although neither are distance shooters they both have undeniable strengths: creativity, awareness, defense, tempo-control, passing and leadership capabilities.
I wanna see it happen. What do you all think? No? Yes?

HaleParticipantIf he came off the bench to be a scorer then sure, but that wouldn’t happen. Rose and Reke don’t compliment eachother very well and Chicago needs some better shooters, not a guy very similar to Rose.

Charlie SheenParticipantIf Evans could shoot and play off the ball well than yeah but he cant
Now if he calls up a legend and gets into that gym and works on that shot say he calls up Reggie Miller for example and becomes a better off the ball player and shooter at least from mid range then yeah why not. He could run the 1 with Rose out. Rose needs a true #2 but I still think Tyreke could be a #1 option on a championship team dude can ball, he’s LBJ-lite

HaleParticipantAbsolutely no way would I gave up Noah and Deng for Reke. Deng is extremely important to Chicago as he’s clutch and the guy who guards the opposing teams best wing and Noah is an emotional leader on that team.

Ghost01ParticipantA few things I feel like mentioning here:
A. For his talent, Tyreke is an absolute bargain right now.
B. Derrick Rose might not come back at all next season
C. D Rose is a really good player. He’ll figure out to play with a talent like Reke, the Heat play with two ball dominant players who aren’t great shooters. And the Bulls aren’t exactly loaded on scorers.
D. Tom Thibadeau can manage players. The Bulls don’t have one knucklehead in the lockerroom right now, good coaches can survive with one.
If its something like Deng/Noah for Reke, personally I’d do it.

omphalosParticipantMayo is definitely the better fit, ideal world they get Eric Gordon, but that just doesn’t seem likely. Take a run at Mayo and give him a chance to grow whilst Rose is down with injury, when Derrick gets back, hopefully O.J. will have his swagger back and be able to help carry the burden for Rose.
