redone1ParticipantWatching this game on ESPN2 right now. Really impressed with Mitchell. 6-8, long and built like a truck. Very athletic and is a very good shooter out to 3 range. I think if North Texas holds on to win and Mithcell plays well in their first round game he could get some looks in the lottery this year.

OnionsParticipantNot that impressive. He’s playing Western Kentucky…
Really great tools. I just think he’s overhyped a bit based on the "mystery".

JoeWolf1I agree with Onions, I’m watching the game too, and he does have tools/raw talent, but he’s a man beast in the Sun Belt with his size and athletic ability. In the NBA, I don’t think he’s quite there yet. I’d maybe pick him up past 20 if I had a couple vets he could play behind, based only on potential. He hasn’t proven enough against good competition for me to think it’d be a good idea to pick him higher than 20.
He also hasn’t been able to stop Teeng Ankol all game long…

B FreeParticipantAre you so far behind the times that you are asking if this is the same person or are you asking if this is the same "skinny 18 year old Tony Mitchell " from 2 years ago because he looks so good?

Future_Scout"He also hasn’t been able to stop Teeng Ankol all game long…"

JoeWolf1Ankol is the next Manute Bol, what are you talking about! lol

PrecociousNeophyteParticipant+1 for Joe Wolf, I was thinking he looked like Manute Bol when I was watching the game too. And about Mitchell he has all the tools he just needs more experience. He seems to get lost on some plays and didn’t touch the ball as much as I would have liked to see. Another year in college would do him wonders.
