OhCanada-ParticipantThis game has some great presence and excitement to it. Florida really has something to prove and Young is playing possessed. Davis has had an air ball on a turnaround jumper, and has not displayed a good offensive "skillset" or feel creating. Although if you like College Ball turn this game on immediatly somehow because its a good one.

FastAndFuriousParticipantYea, Davis is def gonna need to add hella strength to bang down low in the League, he bounced right off Young and shot an airball.
Terrence Jones started off really well and almost ended Erik Murphys career with that pull back crossover.
Looking to see more from Beal,Teague,Boynton,Gilchrist.

Charlie SheenParticipantMichael Kidd-Glichrist needs to get drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers, I dont see a better hand and glove fit then those two.
He is truly a basketball player, similar mindset to Rose, Durant and Irving

Future_Scoutlike the commentator just said, that dribble drive by davis just shows you how much potential he has

providencefriars1ParticipantFlorida is such a selfish team, Boynton Rosario and Walker have rarely passed in this game and just fire up the first shot they see.
Kentucky has missed numerous block outs on Young which is surprising since he is the only one on Florida who wants to rebound.

FastAndFuriousParticipantI agree, Boynton,Rosario and Walker are all jackers.

surveParticipantI just absolutely love Darius Miller. This guy is underated as hell. He is a jack of all trades master of none. He can handle, pass, shoot, defend, rebound, is athletic and has good IQ. Jody Meeks is a good NBA player, but Miller would be an upgrade over a guy like Meeks.

Future_Scoutterrence jones, not great handles
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/04/2012 - 7:51am #643644

OhCanada-ParticipantTerrence Jones will definitely be a lottery pick this year. He is proving how versatile and acitve a forward he can be. He is a menace for 50/50 balls, has a great handle and all-around skillset developed.
Davis had a nice drive to the rim with a finish on the layup. He doesnt really seem to understand how explosive he is and how to use the best of his athletic abillites. But the athletic abillities are there. He seemed confident taking a forced jumper over Patriic Young a well known defensive presence. Thats a good sign, he is not scared to take the jumper and is willing to learn.
Beal is not playing well at all. He really does not have a defined role this year but with Walker leaving next year I think we will see a better performance with Beal taking over his role. He has to find a way to contribute offensively, he has found away to effect defensively, and rebounding but he has to cut down the mistakes.

FastAndFuriousParticipantI understand that Kentucky doesn’t need him to score, but if he played on another team and played aggressive, he’d be averaging at least 17+ points and about 6+ assist per game, that guy is freakin quick, strong and has a great handle.

Charlie SheenParticipantWait til Anthony Davis gets on an NBA weight program, he’s what 6’10, he’ll max out probably close to 6’11(most guys grow some more in the NBA), if he can get to 245-250……….watch out

surveParticipantyeah, I wanna see Teague come back next year, would be an absolute beast and probably POY candidate.

FastAndFuriousParticipantI mean I wanna see Teague come back to.
No rush, I’m pretty sure he’s financially ok, with Jeff in the NBA.
But I just have the gut feeling he’s one and done.

Future_Scoutdamnn, that was nice hook by davis, probably the best hook shoot i seen him put up
…game’s getting good

HaleParticipantI like Patric Young. He has improved quite a bit from last year. He shouldn’t come out this year, but next year he could be a lottery pick if he keeps improving his game.

FastAndFuriousParticipantKentucky better call a TIMEOUT, they getting they butt kicked right now.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/04/2012 - 8:19am #643660

FastAndFuriousParticipantWhy isn’t Patrick Young abusing Anthony Davis on the block!???
Stop settling for those hook shots! Davis is going to block that!
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/04/2012 - 8:21am #643659

JoeWolf1That turn around hook Davis shot was textbook. That’s a good sign.

meirmeir13Young needs to understand that just because you get your shot blocked once its not the end of the world. He hasnt looked at the basket the last 3 trips down the court.

JoeWolf1Davis obviously needs to hit the weights in order to handle NBA sized power forwards ( Young is killing him ) but this is the best offensive game I’ve seen him play all season. Hooks with both hands, putting the ball on the floor and a 3 pointer.

Future_Scouti know. he can do it all. that stroke he got is damn nice. it think is pretty much clear now davis #1, he doesn’t have bad games, he’s never gets lost in play, his discipline tops nba’s players. shows potential to push a fast break while being a great rebounder….wow

WrecklessParticipantI really watched this game to see how Brad Beal was going to play, and my did he dissapoint. I watched the kid in high school and it was like he never missed. He still showed his all around game, grabbing 7 boards and dishing 4 assists, got 2 steals and a block. But still, he isn’t showing that stroke he showed in high school.
