    Even if you throw in CJ Watson, how is it worth for the Lakers to simply make a minor downgrade at the PF position for no legitimate reason?

    I have heard nothing about this, but it is a terrible trade for the Lakers. I have no idea why they would do it and think it is an extremely poor idea. Seeing that I have heard nothing about this, other than hearing "the Bulls are interested in Gasol", I am just going to assume that this trade is not legitimately being talked about, at all. If I am wrong I apologize, but I can’t see this trade making any sense from the Lakers perspective. The Bulls would be happy, though.

    No way the Lakers move Gasol unless it is for Deron or Howard, Boozer has longer left on his contract than Gasol so that deal makes no sense.

    The more I think about it, the more I can see that Odom exception being very useful to the Lakers if they persue Howard in particular as they can take on Hedo as well and if Howard does hit FA then Orlando could be saddled with Hedo still on the books.

    throw in Gibson or Asik, that would be the only reason the Lakers could be interested. Mitch should tell Lakers throw in Deng and take Ron-Ron, I would give Bulls a pick to take World Peace.

     It was on ESPN earlier today. Rumor was that Derrick Rose was asking management to make the trade? They had a poll about it and everything…I don’t know if there is anything else behind it. I can’t imagine the Lakers would be that dumb.
