HitsterParticipantRemember that Portland turned down the chance to make D-Will or CP3 by trading down for Webster. When he missed the 08/09 season that really set him back and he seems to have gradually moved further down the bench and I could see his team option perhaps not being picked up this summer.
In hindsight college may have helped him develop but as he was a top 6 pick then to turn down that sort of guaranteed position would have been hard.

goldie92689ParticipantI played on a team briefly with Lenny cooke he was a “jr” in HS, full court bounce passes as what I remember most, and the fact I would see him during the school day hanging out in NYC when he thought he was gonna be drafted….I wonder where he is now
