I am a diehard Niners fan, and we were all riled up today, we really thought we had it……..and then Kyle Williams happened. The game was going our way when he let a punt drop, and threw his up as if he was avoiding the ball, but the idiot goes to the ball, and it deflects of his knee, and the Giants recover 20 yards away from a score, and score on the insuing drive.

We then get a field goal, send the game to OT, exchange possions a couple times in OT, and then Kyle Williams catches a punt inside our 20, and then gets stripped at the 25, and the game is over.
We had a great season, but chances like these do not come often. Nonetheless, I feel bad for Kyle Williams, I hope he finds a spot on another roster, and he doesn’t get blackballed out of the leauge, but our offense is just so limited that we can’t have mistakes like that. Our D played like Champs, even if the ststs say otherwise. Congrats to the Giants, I think they’ll give the Pats a tough time in Indy.

I lost a lot of respect for 49er fans when Kyle Williams twitter account was bombarded with death threats.

^Oh my, I really hope he can keep his career on track, because it’s really unfortunate that it happened this way. I was really hoping people wouldn’t put it all on him. Sure he made huge mistakes, but our offense is just so damn ugly, I would argue we have the worst offense that’s EVER made it this far. I hope we and Kyle Willaims move on, and he can continue his career, cause he has some promise.

Aamir ur team got robbed not just by Kyle Williams mistakes.  When Ahmad Bradshaw fumbled the whistle didn’t blow till after the fumble.  Can’t review plays where its forward progress is stopped its BS.  Anyhow the Giants won’t be so lucky in the Super Bowl.  Brady and Pats had an off game on offense with turnovers against a great Ravesn defense but that won’t happen in 2 weeks.

Also I know that was a hell of a game but the lack of offense in the 2nd half wasn’t just due to great defense.

The turnover on the punt gave the Giants their only 7 pts till OT.

I understand that they are death threats but it’s Twitter. Not at all saying that it was the right thing to do because it wasn’t, but people say dumb shit all the time on the internet and especially Twitter. Also, almost any semi-passionate fan base could of been guilty of doing something stupid like this so please don’t single out the 49ers. As an Eagles fan I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if a fellow fan did this; not because it’s Philadelphia, but because we actually really care. And when you really care about something, sometimes you do something irrational, stupid, over-the-top, etc. It happens.

Or maybe the guy was just an idiot and was trying to be cool. In which case, good luck in court chief.

Yes i understand what your saying, and i have been disappointing about my team(the nets), and thing that happens in life in general, but i move on sh!t happens

Death threats is beyond disgraceful and stupid.  Also did they forget the score it was a 3 pt game a field goal only ties it no guarantee they win the game.  Lee Evans blew it by not protecting the ball when Moore knocked it out in the endzone that miscue cost them the game.  Ravens had so many chances, the Pats were almost giving the game away with their poor offensive execution in the middle and end of the 4th qtr.

Hakeem Olajuwon will turn 50 years old in January, yet he ran circles around New York Knicks big man Amar’e Stoudemire in workouts over the summer. The modern NBA big man simply isn’t built the way they were a decade or two ago.
