bobbybParticipantSince we always debate which players are better , how about a new angle. Since salary cap is so important , who is the most and least productive players in the game.( taking salary into consideration)
best Rudy Fernandez 2 million
worst Rashard Lewis 20 million plus

Anton123ParticipantI think best has to be Rose, I mean getting an MVP for 7 million is quite damn good

TallmanNYCParticipantArenas was much worse than Lewis. Lewis is just an example of a guy who should have never gotten a max salary contract. Arenas’s knees are shot, his speed is gone. If he doesn’t get that back or find some other way to contribute, he is going to be out of the league very soon. What he can’t do is continue to shoot 37% and take a lot of shots.
Luke and Desagna are overpaid, but they aren’t overpaid enough to be the least productive guys in the league, I would think.
Lebron because he is capped at only $20 million a year, is one of the most productive players for the money (not counting in the Finals). D. Howard is near him.
The guys still on their rookie scale, Rose and Griffin, are great bargains.

PrecociousNeophyteParticipantThe Celtics have Rajon Rondo locked up through the 2014-2015 season and he is getting 46 million over that span.
