    On the website they have pick number 48 I think. Would you draft Jerel McNeal if he goes that low? Any other ideas……Leo Lyons, Josh Shipp, Curtis Jerrells?

    that low in the draft, it probably doesnt matter. i’d take a flyer on the tallest guy available-who knows if Jermaine O’Neal will hold up.

    If B.J Mullens has his stock drop like DeAndre Jordan’s… He could be available for Miami. That would be a steal.

      76erBaller, There is no way in hell Mullens falls to #48. Jordan was in a much, much stronger draft and he was slightly the inferior prospect, and he still only fell to #35. Mullens could possibly slip out of the lottery, but there is just no way he will fall that low.

    Depending on who’s available that late. There’s gonna be tons of good PGs in this year’s draft, and they only have Chalmers and Quinn. While I like Chalmers, he could use a better backup. The PGs I see going in the second round are AJ Price (probably too early for 48), Curtis Jerrells, Tyrese Rice, Sergio Llull (from Spain), and maybe even Levance Fields.

    At Center, there’s not quite as much to pick from. I don’t see Mullens dropping THAT far in the draft due to the lack of depth at the position this year. I think Luke Nevill out of Utah would be a solid backup in the league though he hasn’t been getting a lot of attention this year. They could also draft a foreign big if they don’t really want to bring anyone in next year and store a guy overseas.

    I think either jerrels or heytvelt would be a good pick. if they fall that low

    The Heat need a better back-up small forward. Josh Shipp would be a good choice for that position. They also need back-up power forward/centers. Lee Cummard, Leo Lyons, and Vladimir Dasic would all be good for that position, but I think the BEST choices would be either Alade Aminu, a 6-10 big man who finished his career in sixth place on Georiga Tech’s career list for blocks, or Josh Heytvelt. Heytvelt, a 6-11 big man, is an extremely good shooter who reminds me a lot of Michael Beasley. He also has amazing athleticism for his height.

    they should draft pg or some big,probably pf,they have two second round picks so they should cover both of those needs
