What is the celling of Lebryan nash?

I see the comparisons Ron Artest, and think.
Many people say he has a character similar to Ron Artest, but it seems that making the effort to erase this comparison, personally for me Lebryan Nash could easily be an improved version of Rudy Gay, need to develop certain facets of his game and be more consistent, but do not be doubt that this season will get it.

It’s kinda wrong to compare him to Artest because of his character, I mean if you look at Artest as a player, the first thing that comes to mind is defense (he even won the 2004 DPOY award). LeBryan Nash is very strong and athletic, but he isn’t a defensive specialist, so I think comparing him to Artest is pretty wrong. Right now he reminds of Artest offensively, but offense was just a part of Artest’s game.

I never liked the Artest comparisons. He has a strong body and defensive potential like Ron, but moves better, jumps higher and has more offensive potential. But with that said, potential is nothing more than potential, as only Nash can control how good he becomes.

He’s struggled early (offensively), but I haven’t watched any of the Ok St games yet, so I can’t give an accurate analysis. I liked the Corey Maggette comparison (offensively) that someone made.

A lot of prospects have fantastic ceilings (i.e. Nash’s is higher than Artest’s due to his physical gifts), but it’d be a feat (and maybe even a surprise) for Nash to ever become the all-star player that Artest was, at his peak.
